They have called relentlessly. I tried calling back and it says they are a collecting agency and then cuts you off. I have received two letters in the mail stating I owe over $2000. I don't know how they got my name and address but I know it is a scam. I have never had any outstanding bills.

Calls multiple times in a day. Have spoken with them briefly and they say it's regarding a ticket, also answered with no one on the other end. Number has called up to 5 times in a row during the day when I can't answer cell at work. Just leave a message if it's so important. Also, if it's from a traffic ticket why not send me something in the mail to verify?

Phoned m e 6 or 7 months ago and I told them they were calling the wrong person. In fact I told them they were stupid and the person they were calling was dead and I found this by looking in the obituaries. I mentioned they could pay me for doing their job. They got annoyed and hung up. Told me they would remove my number which they did until today. 3 calls today. There ought to be a law against these harassing calls.

This has been going on for weeks now. This phone number calls starting around 7:00 am until 9:00 pm. Sometimes the caller ID will say Manitoba on it. They must have called 10 times today. It wakes me up in the morning. This morning they called twice before 8:30. I answered it once without saying anything. There is silence and then they hang up. This is most annoying. I can't figure out what they want.

They were threatening me and would not give the company name

Next time CBV calls and doesn't reply, i will make my way down and talk to there manager, & tell him you workers are f*****g around with people, calling and hanging up!

Calling for unpaid traffic fine. they are slow to update, keep calling weeks after paid.

I answer the call and there is nobody at the other end

Called my hubby and I multiple times a day and when he finally answered they asked his info and the lady who answered was not kind at all and told him he owed an additional amount on an amount he had already set up payment arrangements on. Etc etc. He called back and is now being harassed even more being told that he missed a payment etc!

Annoying as h**l. Calling for someone not at the number and persistent as h**l calling twenty times in a day.

Ridiculous the frequency of calls. Start at 7am. 5plus times a day. Call started at my mothers home within a week of my dad passing. Disgraceful! My 81 yo mother now feels that 6 months of this harasement that she has no choice but to change or remove landline that she has had for almost 50 years.

A lady called me and she said, she is from CVB and she asked for my middle name than she asked for my D.O.B and when I said, I rather make an appointment to see who ever I need to talk about their concerns this woman escalate and she was fuming I decided to hang up on her. Annoying calls several times a day this week asking for people not employed here. I searched and CBC Collections agency came up on Google. sometimes it's a person who calls that you speak to immediately and sometimes its a voice recording and if you stay on the line long enough someone will pick up on the other end.I'm certain this is a SCAM!!!!

Important business call, I have no business.

They call 3 times a day. Phone rings 4 times they do not leave a message. I do not answer unknown phone numbers. This has been going on for about 3 weeks

They start calling before 7am and call about every 2 hours until after 9 in the evening. We have set up our phone to block them so the phone only rings once and call display shows the blocked call. I expect they're getting a busy signal. We don't even go near the phone until we hear a second ring! I guess eventually they'll get the picture. In the meantime, we've dialled star 57 and our call display will track the calls as this is harassment.

They call repeatedly, don't respond when you answer: the times they do respond and you ask a question they say 'ok you won't verify I must hang up' when you haven't been given a chance to even answer a question.

Two calls came in from 204-946-5252. When I called back, their address was inside the Cargill Building in Winnipeg Mb at #240 Graham Avenue, Winnipeg. They called themselves a collection org.The answerer was one Dubreuil. Dubreuil asked for personal datawhich he did not get. He gave no reason why his org had called my number twice on Dec 18th 2018.

If they are a collection agency for the province then they need to at speak when they call...number calls house...ring once and hang up....call cell...when i answer there is silence for them on the line...maybe need to hire English speaking people...not sure what the problem is!!!

I thought it was a scam after searching this number but it's not, they just have you on an automated dialer cause they're a P.O.S. collections agency. I spoke to a representative she said it had to do with a fine from Manitoba Justice. I went into the legitimate Manitoba government site, searched fines, FAQs, and it says there that if a ticket you had was never paid and has gone to collections to contact a different #... This # is also CBV Collections.

Hangs up immediately when I answer. Calls several times per day.
