I got the same deal. A default judgement I was never served for. $60 I didn't even know my medical insurance didn't cover got turned over to these losers and they managed to turn $60 into $900. I made payment arrangements and kept them and Mark Clark still managed to attach and empty my bank account! Sad thing was they did it right before I could pay for my perscriptions. I had to call a friend to barrow money to pay for pills I will die without, Thank you Mark Clark for skrewing me over and you should me charged with attempted murder!

These people call me 3-5 times a day for someone who I dont even know!!!! Their automatic voice mail tells you to hang up if you are not that person and they will not bother you again. Yeah right... I finally got to speak with a human and they finally got my number removed. It took me 6 months!!!!

Betty called me an irresponsible adult because I have 4 children and am going to school and only have part time jobS, yes plural. My wife as well works from home. Mark clark turned a $6.00 boise parking garage ticket into 900.00 freakin dollars. hes a total slime bag and he needs to be run out of town. I just happened to find out from looking some files up at the court house that he has a default jugement against me for 5000.00 and I am suppossed to be in court for an asset examination. Has called my business phone after hours many times. Message states they are attempting to contact a person I never heard of. Research indicates the number belongs to Collection Bureau, Inc. Company is registered in Idaho and the registered agent is Mark L. Clark an attorney. Jon T. Carter is the President. The address is 719 1st Street s., Nampa 83651. They also use a PO box (846, zip: 83653-0846). They are clearly a collection agency. Armed with names and addresses, I sent them a demand letter to cease and desist because my number is registered with the National 'Do Not Call' registry. Waiting to see if it works. Incidently the BBB givens them an 'F' rating for lack of response.

This weasel named Mark Clark has his secretary call trying to collect and then if you don't respond, the weasel then finds out if the person is in town and files a bogus claim in small claims court in violation of the Federal Fair Collection Act of 2006.Someone ought to file a class-action lawsuit in federal court to run this lying weasel out of business. As it is, this weasel is screwing one of the county magistrates so that she will grant him a default judgment if the defendants don't show up. So what you are getting if you got a call was this weasel's secretary trying to figure out if the person still lives at this address, but if the person isn't receiving calls so that this weasel can falsely claim that he complied with federal law while at the same time ensuring that it won't be contested when he files an action in small-claims court. Idaho is perhaps the only state in America where the Defendant has to pay a filing fee when these weasels try to collect on a bogus claim. It is an action against the poor made by our worthless legis-traitors and plaintiff's bar. If you don't have the money to pay on a bogus claim, chances are you won't have the money to pay a filing fee in order to defend yourself either so that these legal crooks get to screw you.
