This was a live person who claimed to be calling from Xfinity - which I did recently sign up for. He stated the call was recorded and then he asked me to go to my streaming box and perform an update. I fibbed and told him I was not home at the time, but was not having any issues with my equipment. I thought this was a little suspect, which is why I lied. When I googled the number it appeared to be spam so I blocked the number wanted to leave this note incase they called anyone else.

They call several times a day, i hear--if this is ????? press 1, if this is not ?????, press 2, if this is the wrong number for ?????????, stay on the line and press 3. then i am put on hold and no one ever comes back on. they want you to just hold the line. how long do you want me to listen to music before you answer. this number can't be blocked, why????

I'm on the do not call list and they called twice at 8am. I call back and it is Verizon voice mail. So closing my Verizon account which is $375 a month they will lose for a prank call.

Won't answer bc my phone ID says 'potential spam' they've called 7 xz in 2 days including SUNDAY. Why show 'potential spam' when obviously its 'spam'. Walks like a duck....just sayn'

Said it was Verizon wireless and I owed money, I did not. Called to report fraud and they said it wasn't them. Went back and called the number back said it was Verizon Wireless and all that but I reported as fraud because I did not know them squat

Verizon Wireless debt collectors. Called me 6 times. They are very rude and they harass people with their calls.

Verizon Wireless keeps calling me about someone I have never heard of. I have told them that person is not at the number they are calling.

I just got this number from Verizon two days ago. I have been called 8 times in the last two days. They are calling about the last owner who did not pay his bill. Why did you give me a number of a deadbeat? Please do not call again.
