Daily calls. No msg. Says texas call on id. If indeed its Chase credit card as prev mentioned in comments...i dont have any credit cards to HAVE late pymts. I think its a scam wanting MY INFO....YOUR INFO... or a random robo call
It is Chase, they don't leave voice message. I called back to ask why they are calling me...Operator says 'it's a courtesy call to see if you wanted to arrange to make my credit card payment andor sign up for auto-pay. We just want to make sure you don't get into trouble being late and it's a courtesy from Chase to make it easier for me'.My payment was not late and I've never been late. I think it's them trying to get you into the auto-pay plan, at least that was the impression I got. I told them it's not convenient for me to get a random call for no reason and to please make a note to not call me unless it's an emergency. Doubt that will happen, I have about 7 different numbers in my contacts for them...very annoying!
I got it too. What's weird is I get this coming in on my cell phone, At&t carrier, and the caller ID just shows the number, no information. However, I also have a google voice on this phone, and the google voice caller I.D. showed it as 'Texas Distillery'. Really bizarre there, nothing on internet search for 'texas distillery'.
They keep calling, don't leave message. I answered once and the said it was Chase. I then called Chase directly and they said it wasn't them, it must be a phishing scam to not give them any information
