Number calls all hours of the day, never leaves a message. No idea why it's calling me.

3rd call in an hr(2 hang ups).... Finally asks to speak to buss. acct. holder with Chase, I told her I have several people that could be, what's the name of the person you want to speak with? ' i can't tell you that information' ???????? So WHO THE HECK ARE YOU CALLING??? They can call all they want, won't get anywhere with their bs here, except a run around from me!

I have received several calls in the past 2 yrs stating they were Chase n I owed from a direct deposit I was paid that they sent the check back to social security...told them to call social security

Always leaves empty voicemail. This is a spammer!! Authentic calls will always leave a voicemail. Returning call to this number gets a poorly made recording and immediately requests your account information without giving any department choice options. This does NOT happen when calling an authentic Chase institution. This is a phishing scheme. Once you answer this number or try to return the call, they will call you every day, multiple times a day.

They call me constantly. I got woken up 3 times this morning.

20 calls today and 5 robo messages to call case back at an 866 number and to enter my account and routing number to speak with a rep. Blocked and reported!

The caller ID came up as Account Services, pretended to be a automated Chase voice then hung up.

Called looking for previous debt that was settled, kept asking about my account, providing the incorrect account number then tried to ask about a new balance, called my phone for 2 days. Called chase bank they told me to block them.

He identified himself as employee #, i can't remember his name or the number, but from Chase. He asked me to resolve a negative closing balance 2 years ago. Date and amount was accurate. But I said have Chexsistems contact me but I'm not talking to a stranger on the phone. He then said 'thank you for your time'. I probably said to much but I do have my credit protected. None the less I am concerned after reading these comments. I believed it was a scam

They call and claim they are Chase Bank.Their calls are excessive and I am suspicious about whether or not they are truly Chase. Today, I picked up and calmly yet immediately asked, 'Are you going to say you are from Chase?.' Without saying anything further, they simply hung up, which I found extremely suspicious.Wouldn't you actually affirm, 'Yes, we are calling from Chase?' if you are?I have attempted to call Chase, BTW, but due to Covid the call wait times have been obscene. Have not yet been able to verify who this caller really is.
