Comes up as a San Antonio call. Said my first name only and I just said “no” - they said “alright I won’t call again.” - reading the comments I was a hello fresh customer for a while so I bet it was that company. Almost feel bad for being rude because I’m so sick of robocalls!
Yea getting tired of receiving calls after a few months ago I was very clear I don't require Hello Fresh to live. New plan? I'm going to call THEM twice a day every day and hang up when someone answers. See how YOU like it.
It is Hello Fresh offering $20 off for 3 weeks to get you back with them. They ask for you to complete your email address which they already have and they ask you to verify your zip code. That is it. I took the offer and it has been applied to my Hello Fresh account.
She said HelloFresh but it was weird. She was yawning and said she would give me an offer. But she didn't realize I already have a better offer they just sent me. Also she wanted me to give her my email and I just won't do it.
After letting this unknown number go to voicemail, they left a voicemail. It was a man with a British accent, who seemed to be talking to someone on his end. He was very unclear except for a curse towards the end of the message and at no point clearly addressed me.
I answered and confirmed my name, asked who was calling and he stated his name and that he was with HelloFresh. I was halfway through asking him a question when he hung up. I cancelled my subscription, but they won't quit sending me mail, e-mails, and now phone calls? I wouldn't recommend their service.
If, as someone above said, it was Hello Fresh, I was a customer at one point so it might be legit. However, I did not answer the unidentified number, and they did not leave a message. If I want to resubscribe, I respond to emails rather than phone calls.
