I get robots and persons. Asking for Janice Johnson. It's a Scan bc I e had this phone number for 5 years and just recently started getting these calls.I answered once and told them to remove me from call list. They have wrong number. But it's a scam to try and get you to apply for loan or refinance with them.I get several a day from this number and their 866 844-6816 number.

i have received 18 calls from this number in the past 14 days. I tried to return the call 2 times. The last time I tried I was asked to enter my social security number 4 times by a recorded message. Who would do this other than a scammer ?

This is not FORD i put them on hold and called Ford they were not calling . Our account was paid in full this is a scammer call do not give them a payment or your information. This is a SCAM As a note if you feel like it a scam put them on hold and call the company your self.

Telefon Company Caller ID shows it as Potential Spam

This is one of many unknown numbers that call my cell phone. I will not answer them because I suspect it's a scammer. Once I accidentally answered it and nobody was on the line. I block the unknown numbers only to have 10 more of them bothering me. Sick of this.

If ford credit is calling they should at least have caller ID reflect its them further more since we in a pandemic they need to give people a break.

Get a call everyday that I cant even understand with a ton of static. I have blocked the number, but they still leave the automatic message

Originally was a woman leaving voicemails for 'Daniel Nelms' but now it's the same recording of a man named Walter also looking for 'Daniel Nelms'. It was convincing initially since it was different people looking for the same person, so last week I gave them a call to ask to be removed from the calling list. The phone number tried to refuse to let me speak to a representative unless I put in my SSN but after ignoring it connected me to a real person. It's totally a scam and not a wrong number.

Sometimes it a recording and some times it a foreign woman telling me to call. Sounds like she's yawning.

decided to call the number on a burner cell phone, I get an IVR that asks if you want english or spanish, then options to put in your account # or SSN. no other options & pressing any other buttons gets you to an operator.I blocked the # in the burner phone which I am going to be getting a new SIM & number on in about 3 weeks so no harm doneDoes Ford Motor credit know this is going on?
