Called my cell phone 3 times in one day.

Calls every day, quicken loans? Have blocked it however the call gets recorded

My wife and I are both on our current Quicken Home Loan. We were both called by this number - this is after I rejected their new home loan offer that included 2.5 points to refinance. The more I deal with these people the more I understand what a bunch of thieves they are.

Hundreds of calls to my number for someone named 'Jeffrey'. I am not Jeffrey. STOP CALLING ME!!!

Posing as quicken loans.... but had all my information... addresses of the loans I have with quicken... my name and dob... trying to offer me a refinance.... when he wanted to run my credit I caught on... then he became very persistent... then I hung up

Guy calling to say he was from Quicken loans and he had news about our mortgage. No way am I calling back a 313 # when I know for sure it's not really them.

Called my company between 6-8 times a day, when the receptionist told them I wasn't available, they would tell her it had something to do with a loan we use to have and they needed to speak with me. then they would hang up when i wasn't available. When she tried to tell them to stop calling, they would hang up. When she was able to transfer them to my phone, they hung up. Frustrating. I don't know what they get out of this calling so many times a day.

He is calling back tomorrow with a banker to make an offer.I want to report this! I KNOW it's a scam.

It appears to be Quicken loans, but I don't know for sure, so I'm just going to call the 800 number for Quicken directly like you did. I receive numerous calls every day with a message each time saying there is an important update with my loan. I do have a loan through Quicken, but I've never had any issues with them like this, so I feel these calls are a scam.

Only provided DOB. They had all my info on file and new my loan details. They tried to find me an 8 year fixed to reduce my payment but told me I'm in the best spot possible. At first I thought it was spam, but came to realize they're legitimately QL

Have received 2 calls from the, posing to try to refinance and to update my mortgage. They were not affiliated with Quicken

This person calls AT LEAST 5 times a day.

This feels like a scam and could be with number spoofing, but they already had my personal info and when I called them back through quickens main number I got the same person so in my case it wasn't a spoof. Basically they try to refi you creating a win win scenario. The problem is everytime the market moves you're back on the list. So it is def annoying.

i'm getting the same calls. i do not answer and voice message says they are from the servicing department.

two different people have called (One male, one female) - both English speaking saying they were from Quicken Loans. Both saying they can give us a better deal on our home loan. Wanting information like our email address etc. Had a bogus work phone number for me (I am retired). I didn't give them any information and hung up on second one after saying that was a bogus 'work' number.

Called 3 times. Phone indicated possible scam on all 3. First one was a robocall - hello? hello? click. Next one asked for a name. I answered but not respond. Said will call back later. Third one said this Cindy, hello, hello, hang up.

I also got a call from this number recently saying they wanted to discuss changes in my current QL mortgage. I Google'd the number and found a page from Quicken warning their customers about fake calls claiming to be from QL.I then went to Quicken Loans web page and found their 800 number and called them using the 800 number. They said there are no issues or changes with my mortgage and no record of them having called me to speak about it.This is someone trying to scam people.

Multiple calls in 2 days. States there has been a change to my mortgage and to call them. I used the website, and there has been no change noted with my mortgage.

This number calls my cell phone non stop. I blocked the number because it's a scam. They still continue to leave voicemails even though the number is blocked. They will call my phone a minimum of twice a day. Very annoying!!

Scam....seeking personal information....offering to refinance our loan. Calling several times a day, both of our cell phones. Very annoying! Blocked their number...will see if the calls continue from a new number.

Purported to be from Quicken Loans, tried to get my personal information so that he could offer me a better deal on my mortgage.

Calls are received several times PER DAY. The number seems to be resistant to being blocked.

Incessant calls, from Quicken Loand that is a d at the end of loan not an s. Caller leaves messages that they can offer me a much better deal on my current Quicken Loan. Quicken Loans doesn't have my cell number on file and the Quicken Loand scammers keep calling my husbands cell, then our home and then my cell. Also changes up on the number they call from as I block them. Watch out for Quicken Loand.

SPAM. Don't give them any information

I am getting many calls a day from this number. I don't answer and they don't leave a message. It appears from the other complaints that they are posing as Quicken Loans with whom we have our mortgage. I hate to think that some scammers have our information.

A woman alleging to be from Quicken Loans left me a message indicating that there was an update to my mortgage. I checked my mobile account immediately, and there was no update-SCAM!!!

Called twice to ask about my Quicken Loan home mortgage. I said I didn't have any problems with it. Then they asked to speak to husband about same....I hung up on them and blocked the number. Two calls in one day. I suspect it is a scam of some kind.

This number 313-373-1215 keeps calling our line but there is no one there. They are calling our business and already this morning they have called 4 times.

They have been calling several times a day for going on 2 weeks. The person they are looking for does not work in our office. I have told them this repeatedly & also informed them that it is against the law for them to make collections calls to a persons place of employment. They are VERY Rude (& stupid) After the call I just received I will be turning the number over to the sates Attorney General as a harassment call.

The 313-373-1215 is a autodialer from Quicken Loans. It is used to suggest a better loan option to there existing customers. To get them to stop, since it is a computer that creates the marketing list, ASK for Customer Relations. Then request they block all your telephone numbers from their marketing phone list.I spoke to a senior Customer Relations staff member who has assured me all of my phone numbers have been blocked from their Telemarketing lists

The Quicken Loans contacts I have experienced have NEVER been a solicitation. I truely want to believe that this is a scam of some sort. If I am wrong, the quality of this company has been diminished in my opinion.

I don't know if this is Quicken or not, but I received a call from this number before. It was a woman claiming to be Quicken, asking me what I planned to do with my house. I told her that I paid my mortgage monthly, and that was all I was going to do, and that was all I was going to tell her. Nothing else is their business, unless I call and ask them something. It seems like they are just drumming up business. If I do need NEW banking services, I will probably call someone else.
