I don't know why they called me I've never been to that hospital at all ever

Received a call from 'Northside Hospital' some woman who couldn't pronounce my name. I never authorized them to call me on my cell phone. I had paid my co-pay and my insurance paid their part. Don't know why I am being charged $370. When I wouldn't give them my personal information got upset and I told her that I would call the hospital myself.

Lm to call back. Called the number, another recording said to leave name and number to be called back during business hours.

Asked for my birthdate and told me to call back at this number. I will not give personal information to a call where it cannot be verified who they are.

claimed outstanding bill from 2019 surgery then offered a discount to pay over phone

He asked for my DOB and address. He offered me a 70% discount if pay immediately... it sounded to good to be truth. I told him that I would call back with my card. I decided to look up for the number and to find out it was fraud

Asked for address or DOB and stated they were calling about a bill.When I said I could pay something and not the whole thing all of a sudden due to covid, 2 days ago they allowed them to start discounting the balance owed. She then asked for card information and I asked how do I know that this is a legitimate call and she started to rush me and said she's only there for 1 more minute and did I want to pay or not - NOT, I believe this is a scam and I'm glad I didn't give these people any money.

Stating they are collecting for a bill from north side hospital

Gerald said he wanted my birthdate to confirm my identity so he could discuss a bill with me. I don't give out that information to unknown callers. I had no overdue accounts that would be eligible for a debt collector. Only bill outstanding was 21 days from date of service and was still pending insurance payment.

Sent me a text message saying there has been suspicious activity with my Amazon account and provided and fake links to Amazon pishing for information.

Haven't answered but they call every day every 10 minutes. At this point, I am fairly sure I could sue for harassment with how often they call. They have been calling daily anywhere from 8 in the morning until 7 at night multiple times a day for over a month now.
