Saying this is a legal matter and they would file in court if I don't contact them

I have received 2 voice messages about an insurance complaint and this is the number to call. I can see is this spam from my Google search.

This number is a known phone scam that uses a local number to get you to answer.

I blocked the number.

As stated above they claim its a time sensitive matter and they are about to take legal measures pursuant to your state. The call comes as a local number but then they quote this 404 number.

they do not call from this number they call from a local area code. each one i block leads to a new number. not usually in my area code. but somewhere in my state.

Called from a local area code but left this number a person begins the phone call then switches to an automated voice. They then state that is a time sensitive matter and if I don't respond they will take legal action per the laws of my state.

Just keep leaving a message about complaint and my attention is necessary they are governed by laws in my state and to call 404 number out of Atlanta

Claims to be a Debt Collector collecting on a Debt I owe from 2016, refuse to give me any information, claims they sent letters and made several phone calls, I never received any of those, so I already know they are liars and just want my money.

'This is a documented attempt to reach you, etc., etc.' but robocall provides no details about why the call is being made but make it sound like it's from a law firm or debt collector. They leave a callback number of 404-382-6759. Over several weeks I have received four such robocalls. Clearly a scam attempt of some kind, probably in an attempt to get personal information such as a bank account or credit card number. I would not advise returning the call.
