I received an SMS from this number saying as follows:FRM:wellsfargo-accountMSG:Your account hasbeen blocked for securityreasons jhftvh.comI believe they were trying to get my bank information, though I don't use Wells Fargo. I did not click the link.

got two texts from this number stating it was from US Bank, and an account ending in 1743 was restricted, and to call 863-588-0551. I looked up the number for US Bank, this isn't it, but this number was reported as a phishing scam.

A text came in saying the following:'FRM:WellsFargo-CARD-UNGRUVIYFZ MSG:ID.82555806 Your card UNGRUVIYFZ has been blocked. Please visit: http://odvdwv.com/?UA=GFQ16DLC15BN'First of all, I don't have a Wells Fargo account.Secondly, why would they use a website url of 'odvdwv' dot com?Thirdly, why would a card be called 'un-groovy-FZ'???Can't be legit.

Its a scam text. Dont reply at all. Just block and delete.

Said I needed to click a link to reschedule a UPS delivery, but I never ordered anything. Not bank statement either so definitely a scam

They said my Wells Fargo account, which is not my bank was locked. I looked up this number, and there's a lot of people saying similar things; it's 'Facebook' and they've been locked out. It's 'AT&T' and their service is going to shut off, etc.

Text saying my huntington card was blocked, with a link. I do not have a Huntington account. Replied and another phone number texted me.

SMS about facebook password, with attachment

Texted me saying it’s from Wells Fargo and there was suspicious activity on my account and provided a link. As I have Wells Fargo I checked my app but didn’t see any suspicious activity. I clicked the link but Safari gave me a flag of “deceptive website warning.” Since I bank through Wells Fargo and am set up to receive texts, I didn’t realize it was suspicious at first. Thanks Safari for catching it!

Claimed to be a pastor giving away 1,500$ dollars to anyone in need.

Said my pnc account had been frozen and had a link underneath. I don’t have a pnc bank account, so it was definitely a scam, but I wanted to check to be sure and lo and behold, there’s a bunch of other scam reports like this too. Don’t click the link. Don’t reply. Just block the number and delete the message.

The short text had my bank name in it. Not sure how but ultimately, almost all banks won’t text you with a link to click. Just delete and move on.
