Asks statistical data type questions, various inquiries about type of coverage U have & whether or not ur a TNcare recepient. No personally identifiable information sought. The caller was courteous & grateful for my participation.

you didn't 'have to answer' the caller's questions. Should this happen again and you answer the phone DON'T answer any questions. My motto is: Never answer the phone in the first place of calls you don't recognize the number, or there's not pertinent info above the number on caller ID identifying who the caller might be. JUST DON'T ANSWER! If the call is important they will leave a message to your voicemail.

She was asking me questions when my son goes to the doctor or anywhere else about the rem program answers like never always

Asking for a random person. Then asks if this is dr so and so's office. I say yes, then the lady says she needs to speak with someone who does the pre-auths for our office. I said okay I do. Then she proceeds to say I need to speak with someone who deals with Evicore. I said hold on so I could ask my supervisor. I came back within 1 minute and they had already hung up.
