Caller claims rx refill overdue. Last time I had rx at CVS was approx 30 years ago. That's correct 30 years.

Received a 'courtesy' call from 'Aetna' stating hubby's prescription was overdue. Prompted me to 'call us toll free at 866-537-2393 & enter the 7 digit extension 455-10xx (likely a forwarded phone number,). Looked up the phone number and called Aetna to verify & report. It definitely IS NOT them.

I looked up the number and all the previous comments. I did not answer. The caller -Left message- times to get your prescriptions refilled according to our records.

Call wasn't answered 2nd time but was sounding like a scam the first time.

the recording stated that it was a courtesy call from CVS Caremark for ~~ (using my first and last name). the recording said that i had a prescription that was over due for refill and that i needed to call some number and enter a 7 digit extension. caller id said Chattanooga, Tennessee. I do not use cvs pharmacy and have not even been in a cvs store in years.

I have no prescriptions with CVS and they called saying I had overdue prescriptions needing to be filled.

A male voice said my name which was inserted into a recorded message. It said 'you have a prescription. Is this (My Name)? Say yes or no.'I do not have a prescription that I have requested. It could be some kind of fraud trying to get me to confirm or to pick up and answer.

Left me a message asking me to call them at 1-877-477-1442 and dial ext. 6661891. Sounded kind of fraudster to me, so I just ignored it. They called back another time and left a message indicating that it was important for me to return the call because there was a problem with my account. Ignored that one two, and blocked their number.

Do not do business with cvs . They said a prescription was to be refilled or ready to be mailed . Not me . Consider it a scam

Just received a Message to call 1 423 822 2465. I have blocked the number, which I have done several times but apparently my phone service isn't blocking it. I am blocking again. They are NOT my pharmacy, WEIRD!!!

Caller claimed to be from CVS Caremark calling about an overdue prescription refill. Not only do I not use CVS, I don't have any active prescriptions and haven't in the last ~5 years, so this is definitely a scam.

Message indicated prescriptions need to be refilled. Asked my first name. Didn't pick up. Looked up Number: affiliated with CVS Caremark. I don't use CVS any more because they refill prescriptions whether I want them or not. Switched to another Pharmacy and hope that will let ME decide when I want a refill!

They keep calling, I've blocked the number as of today.

Claimed to be Aetna, used my name, said I had a prescription needing renewal. NEVER does my insurance company call about any prescriptions. When I have a prescription that needs to be renewed, my pharmacy contacts my doctor directly and sends me a message saying they've done so. In a search, the call-back number (866-837-2393) could not be found.

Said my name and that I needed to refill my prescriptions. I have never used CVS and all my prescriptions are up to date, SCAM CALL!

Have prescriptions but none overdue . Have never dealt with them for ANYTHING (and now never will). They're doing nothing positive for the name CVS. Wherever they bought any of my info........they really wasted their money.
