Called me today for no reason. When I picked up nobody answered

Received a call at my work extension. I don't know of anyone at the Mayo Clinic so I let my voicemail pick it up. When I played it back there was a beep that continued until the call ended. No idea what's going on but it seems like other people have had this problem in the past.

they asked if my name was mrs 'so and so' and after i responded no they hung up on me

This number called and asked if our son who passed away 4 years ago was available. I believe that this is a potential person that is stealing identities

That is a phone number from the Mayo Clinic.

I received a call from this number around 9 am while I was at work. They left no voice mail. I have no health insurance and I haven't contacted Mayo about anything if this is indeed a Mayo number.

Has called 1-2 / day for last week.Have not yet answered, but I do live near Rochester, MN (where Mayo Clinic is located, as others have suggested is the caller).No idea why the May would be calling me, however.

called me twice a minute apart. didnt recognise the number.no message. but mayo seems the common answer and i happened to forget that i had a dentist appointment that day. i got a letter in the mail shortly after.

When I answer the call from this number I get an electronic high pitched sound like an incoming fax - when calling it back I receive an automated message that the Mayo Clinic can not trace the caller on this line.

Called me at 7:52 pm and when I answered it asked me to hold. After I held, it asked me to hold again. I hung up.

Got a call I didn't pick up they left a massage, Male voice saying that his name was Novert calling from the male clinic in Rochester Minnesota, Please give us a call back at 507-284-0390 option 1 to speak to a Rep.

Called multiple times. Silence after call is answered.

For me it was in fact the Mayo clinic calling to confirm the medications that my family member will need post transplant, so if you are someone who is actually a patient or caregiver this will probably be a legit call for you. Unfortunately scammers can now hack numbers and use any number to call someone (they did that with my work phone number), so if you are not using the Mayo clinic than avoid answering.

This call was from someone who asked to speak with Jamie, without first stating that they were calling from the Mayo Clinic. Seems fishy. There is no Jamie in our family.

9:47 AM on July 21. Called my cellphone, hung up after one ring. No message.

Called me twice and all it is is beeping. I'm from Wisconsin & have no idea why this annoying number won't stop calling me.

Called could not find my record and at the end of the conversation asked if I would be comfortable giving her my Social Security number to which I refused.

7:55pm Monday 14 April, call, I don't think they left a message, I think my phone was just telling me about the last message that was left on my phone.

Answered call could heat breathing for a moment then they disconnected.

Thank you and have a great day.This information is 100% correct, I completed the Health Assessment online and I remember clearly filling out a form and requesting a call about additional free services. I'm considering calling them some time tomorrow just to hear what they have to offer.

This is Mayo. I have had to call this number for Mayo Blood Bank questions.

Called me during the day today, I answered, I didn't hear anything on the other end so I hung up on them.

Used Google Caller ID Message app, asking incoming caller to identify themself and the reason for the call. The caller listed itself as Pacific Leaf Wireless, calling about internet install. SCAM

This is a spoof number...Caller probably some type of dishonest person trying to see if anyone's home. If they get no answer they probably burglarize the house. BEWARE!!!

I receive over 20 calls a day from this number to my cell phone. It is always a fax machine trying to send a fax (high pitched beep). I live on the west coast and it calls me as early as 445 in the morning. If I don't answer the calls it fills up my voicemail with beeps until my mail box is full (usually only after about 8 calls). I have nothing to do with the mayo clinic. I have called them on several occasions and asked for their help to stop the calls but they have not. This has continued for 2 weeks. Any help appreciated.

I think Mayo Clinic is having some kind of technical problems because they call me several times a week and all I hear is a loud beep which only stops when I hang up. I should call them and investigate but I always forget .
