RoboCaller calls and says wants to verify my address. 'This is the processing dept, and they have a couple of complaints against me.' Calls several times per week. Threatening to pursue me my work, HR Dept. Says I am forfeiting my right to resolve this matter. If I do not return call, they will proceed with action against me. If I need to, I will file a formal complaint through the FTC, to stop this fraudulent activity.

They have been threatening me every day for over a week for the debts of a relative. They don't care that my social security number is different and that the debt isn't mine. The criminal running PURSUIT INC needs put in prison.

Called my place of employment, and my cell phone saying complaint against me. I pushed the button to tell them against law to contact me we did a chapt 13 bk, discharged 2 yrs. getting a person, they hung up on me, 2nd i called back they decided not to answer, i left a message telling them against the law to contact me, then they called my cell, so i called back again told the guy same thing, he was rude telling me to go away, when hes the one harrassing me..

My ex wife has a ton of outstanding debt. She is a con artist and i would LOVE to help anyone of the many debt collectors calling me to find her. My issue is they call my parents home phone. She has a new last name and has been getting away with this stuff for years. How do I help them ?

Threatened to persue me at my place of employement and my residense if I did not return their call about 2 pending charges against me.

This place kept calling so I talked to them and they ended up giving me without asking the person that they were looking for personal info like ss# address and full name so I have talked to a lawyer to see what we can do and it looks promising. I DO NOT KNOW the individual they were looking for and told them that at least t times that I called back just to clarify that they had the wrong number.

I talked to them when they called yesterday about a vehicle loan I never had! Today when they called I answered again and this time they gave legit info for a vehicle loan that is over 16 years old and was included in a bankruptcy. They are so rude!

I have an app that auto blocks fraudulent calls and then notifies me. This call was auto blocked under scam. Cell phone carriers such as Tmobile and verizon offer free services as well that identify these calls.

The number left a voicemail needed info to pursue something I called back they kept hanging up talked to a woman who called me a b***h and hung up and then a man who pulled up info and said me and my children should be killed I called the cops

Keeps calling leaving voicemails of a recording saying I'm forfeiting my rights and they're going to pursue me at home or my place of employment, but I need to provide them the address first. Yeah. OK. Go away already!

Continue to get multiple calls to my home number for some middle eastern gentleman.We have had this number for 8+ years.Multiple request to remove this number from the account!!!

Saying there going to peruse me over something pending against me and going to contact my human resource division. Been getting calls like this for a long time from different area codes and states with same recording.
