Broken up message saying they were collecting a dept from state of Hawaii. I don't owe any money to the state for anything. Doesn't say my name, doesn't say a case number, doesn't say amount. Sounds like a scam.

They call and call and call...no answer if you pick up phone, no debts. Someone stop them

Tried to block calls (4 today) using code ATT gave me and calls still get thru. Every call was from 512-371-7143. I never had a student loan and graduated from college 46 years ago. Why are they calling me?

Calling stating I owe back taxes to Lake County. Has called several times.

Calls day and night as late as 9:30 pm. Call everyday. Think this a scam because I don't have a student loan or debt. Says I need to contact municipal count to make a payment.

calls says from crawford country circuit court call 1800 and need ref number to pay in full.

Says they are Navient calling for my daughter's student loans. She called Navient directly and they told her it was a scam call that is happening often. She has no delinquent student loans!

Sometimes caller ID says Navient, the number on ID is always 512-371-7143. Today says call is from Austin, Texas, with the same telephone number. I get these calls daily, sometimes two or three times a day. A woman's voice says they are Municipal Services Bureau , calling for Tacona, WA Utilities. Website, www.mfbpay.com, or www.msbpay.com. not sure which one. Or call 1-800-616-0166. You will need your reference number and zipcode to make a payment.

Caller shown as Navient, calls 2 or more times per day

I have received calls from this number for years. It is always a recorded message and there is not a way to tell them to stop calling.

Calls come in 2 to 16 times per day at least from 8 AM to 8:30 PM. This started approximately a year ago. Caller ID read Austin, TX and then later changed to Navient. Phone number is blocked but they keep calling back daily, nonstop!

Robo call stating they are pediphiles trying to collect money for their cocaine habit.

Several calls received several hours apart...ID says Navient. No one has any student or federal loans...

Call every day

I am getting calls from this # everyday,sometimes 2 or 3 times for months. The robo call says it is calling on behalf of Clay Co. Courts, which is un true. I have call the courts & they can't help me. I want this to stop !!!!

Have multiple calls from Navient almost daily. I checked with the utility company here. They don't have ANY record of me having an outstanding bill...ever! How do I get Navient from calling. I am on the Do Not Call registry.

I do not owe this company any money.

this numbers calls day and night saying they are my city of Rio Rancho NM, and for me give them my credit card number to pay a bill but never say's what type of bill.. I block it and they still can call. I called the City Hall and the Police Department to let them know what this number is doing on their behalf.

I picked up once got connected to some guy and he asked for a person who does not reside here. I asked him to take my number off his list and not call anymore. Still getting calls, blocked the number but I would like the calls to stop.

Call every day at least twice and never leave a message. I don't know what the call is about or even who it's for?

Calls everyday including weekends. We are a retired couple and have always paid on time. We aren't sure why they call they just leave a voicemail to call back. I refuse to be scammed.

Calls received 4 or more times a day for at least 3 weeks. No debts of ANY kind owed at this number. Number called may have been from a person who previously had it. They have not had it for over 2 years.They have now become a harassment.

Obnoxious frequent calling about someone else's debt. We don't know how to block the call on our home line. I called them back, but it went to voicemail and said their 'mailbox' was full.Please get this stopped!!

Debt collector scam

We have received calls from these people for years! At first it was GILA/ Municipal Service Bureau threatening us about a debt that we didn't owe. Now the phone call shows up Navient. They just don't stop. We even had an attorney where we used to live look and see if there was anything there and she said there is nothing on the books at all but the calls keep coming. How do you stop it?!!

This company calls my house every night, usually 8pm or later. Tonight there was 4 calls a minute apart. Nobody says any thing if I answer the phone and they do not leave a message.

Claimed I owed an undisclosed debt that must be paid immediately. Number is registered to a Gila V Christopher.

Can't stop them from calling. I have no debts.

They try every day

This is a business. On my line alone I do receive at least 3-4 calls a month. On some occasions it can be that many a week. Never a name given. Or a name for reference. Annoying to say the least. The maine number that continues to call is 512-371-7143.
