Got a call claiming to need to serve a subpaena for a relative

A very official lady calls the house and represents herself as being from USA Health and wanting to check and order my diabetic supplies. Assumes that I'm diabetic. (I'm not and I'm an RN)Think this is a scam to get personal info from unsuspecting seniors.

caller said she was process server for pageland, sc and she would be at my home today from 4 - 6, for me too be home - if not she would see me at my place of employment too serve me with a subpoena. can't call her number back busy signal

Got a text message stating: 'You just sent a payment to Deborah Wiles for $13.50 USD. If you are having problems with this transaction, you can view more information at:'https://***link removed****' I checked my bank accounts and no charges have been made. The link is to a malicious website. This is 100% a scammer doing a phishing scheme.

Caller called my parents who live in Fl. I am in MO and told them that i am to be served legal papers and they are currently at the sheriff office in my town waiting on me. the caller would not leave a name and said that they cannot be called back at the number where they are. I called my sheriff office and no such situation exists.

This caller left a message at my job threatening me saying I know where you work, where you live, where your refrences live. He then stated he was a process server trying to serve me legal documents. I don't have any pending legal matters.

Very official sounding woman called claiming to be county server rep and needed us to call diff number regarding legal docs to be delivered.Neither number can be called back or reached.suspect foul play, since no legal matters are known to us.

This person called me staring that I have a supena delivered to my home....that's crazy considering that I live in Oklahoma and they are calling me from Florida! I let it be known to them that they can kiss my a*s needless to say, they hung up on me! This is a scam.....

Received a text message stating that they have been cutting insurance rates all month and I should call because the savings is going to be fantastic - 800-601-0543. I asked who this was and the response was hey, I got your message - give me a call to discuss. I said do not contact me again, I do not engage with scammers or solicitors and the same response.

Tried calling the Pahokee number back and it says:'Thank You for calling Directv. All agents are assisting other customers. Please leave your name, number and the best time you can be reached. Thank you again for calling Directv. 'NOTHING BUT STUPID LAZY PEOPLE TRYING TO SCAM AMERICANS. PROBABLY ARENT EVEN AMERICAN!

Called trying to serve legal documents to a relative. Became irate and hung up on me.

East Indian accent claiming to be from Social Security in New Mexico. Wanted my name. I replied, 'If you are Social Security you already know my name as it is associated with this phone number.' Their recorded message said a case was about to be brought before a court in my name. My caller ID said this number was 561-771-5579. When I tried to call this number back, it was not available.
