Called my home phone today, Tuesday, 08/03/2020, at 7:53pm MDT. I did not recognize the name or number so let it go to voicemail. No voicemail was left, So I I did a search on the name appearing on the phone screen. It led me here.

Woman asked for HR department manager. Company does business with Fidelity, but Caller ID read MARITZCX. That plus the number led me here, so it's best that I didn't transfer and offered to take a message. She declined, saying that she'd try again some other time.

You're an idiot. It's a legit survey about your satisfaction with the BCBS customer service center and your coverage in general. It takes 3 minutes. For fucks sake, just do the goddamned survey. You work for the government, and you're an entitled piece of shit. Fuck off.

A lady called me at 7:30 at night asking for me ( my first and last name) claiming to be from Blueshield of California and wanted Me to give her a survey. How did she know about my coverage, first/ last name? Where do they get info from? Blueshield never calls at night. She'll call again tomorrow. I'm going to have fun with her ;). Put her to shame.

They call themselves something other than a telemarketer.. That's how they 'legally' think they can harass you.

Called me at 6pm asking for the person who called xcel energy on Feb 27th which is today. seemed sketchy they didn't know my name but knew I called our electric company.

It's a legitimate survey call regarding Blue Shield for any recent insurance service you received.
