Rental car survey

Threatening call claiming that they will take legal action because my social security number has been associated with 'illegal actvity'...no business name, robotic voice (very creepy), a nasty call

Merritt Customer Experience called, left no message. Called back and obtained a do not call number 1-800-864-8601. Called and left my number for Do Not Call.

Does reporting them do any good?

Called and hung up after 1 ring...no voicemail left.

asked for me by my legal name, said you're speaking to her, said he was 'Andre with Enterprise calling for a survey regarding a recent rental, is this & gave my name again' I responded I just told you you were speaking to her & he hung up. I called Enterprise customer service and she said if its a survey the local branch would call, said this was an out of state area code, she said to disregard and that if Enterprise was trying to contact me, they would call back.

It’s Merritt Customer Experience and they do customer satisfaction surveys for Enterprise Rental Cars. (Probably others as well) I rent from Enterprise frequently and get these constantly.

If this is a customer service call from Enterprise why dos'nt the caller ID say Enterprise ? If they are hiring an overseas firm to do their customer service calls shame on them. I will never pick it up.

I denied the call to my cell phone, but they didn’t leave a message. I did return a car to Enterprise last Friday, and today is Monday. Caller ID only says, “Cedar Hill, MO”

I'm glad I came here for comments first. I normally shoot these idiots some bogus text thanking them for donating to my cause. If it's enterprise -well yeah i've had dealings with them recently so i'll accept the call.
