Asking for donation for Progressive Conservative Party...not sure if this is real.

we receive continuous calls from this number and is silence, we used to say hello hello no answer then after awhile line cut. we did not receive call for few days but it started again today May 15, 2018 and this afternoon I received 3 calls from this number and no answer. my wife called back this number but she could not reach anybody. it is very annoying. I can not imagine what kind of people buy some sadistic maniacs

Calls repeatedly but won't leave a message despite waiting for the tone on my voicemail and wasting my minutes leaving 2 second voicemails.
