My wife has been receiving a call from this number at 5:00 AM Pacific time. As the call us coming from a cell phone in Toronto it looks like they don't know the time difference. They leave a message asking to be called back.

Nuisance call.

I have received several messages such as this. All of the call using Chinese dialect. Yellow Pages identifies this number as Wind Cellular. I use 'Wind' but has been called 'Freedom' (for the past three years). I call these phone messages harrassment. English is the official Language in Canada so I don't expect 'Freedom' to be phone calling me using a foreign tongue, therefore I choose to believe I am being harassed
