Trying to collect on charged off debts past the states statue of limitations. Harrassed you for 20 different states and about 100 different numbers.

WHY PORTFOLIO RECOVERY KEEP ON CALLING MY CELL NUMBER AND HARASS ME, ASKING FOR MY PERSONAL INFORMATION. NOT ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS ' WHO ARE YOU TRYING TO REACH?' They call all the time I don't have any credit cards I don't have any outstanding bills they need to leave me alone

The call repeatedly and never leave a message. The number they are calling has never had an active phone line hooked up to it in the 2 years we have had the phone number. The phone number is on the do not call list.
