i got it too. tried calling it back and kept getting fast busy signal. wonder if the school board knows about this since it brings up their purchasing web site.

kinda freaked me out cus i had a woman file a false complaint about me once like 3yrs ago. long story short, claimed she was a single mom just divorced and was at a bar.. we literally hung out and kissed once but she was still married with kids and her husband found out so she created a story to make her look like a victim. never saw court or anything. i thought it had something to do with that..

I got a call on my home phone about fingerprints and just now on my cell phone about purchasing card transactions from an 'automated' Dan Smith. Picked up because I thought it was the school calling about one of my kids. Annoying.

This was a mistaken robocall from the pinellas school system---they selected the parent database insted of the employee database.I am sure that they are really embarrassed?

i got the same phone call. my only problem is that my son is 1. i dont know how they got my number. can anybody help with that?

I got the same call on my cell and home numbers. The number is the main contact number for Pinellas County Schools ( http://www.pcsb.org/credits.html )and when called only gives a busy signal. Since the call mentions speaking to your foreman if you have any problems I am assuming this was supposed to go to employees, but went out to the wrong list. This could also be the reason for the line being constantly busy today.

got the call too. about fingerprints but also i got another call later on telling me that i coudnt use my card but i dont know which card they were talking about... so the point is to ignore it right?

Pinellas county schools. Nice how the smart people that teach our kids clearly state the origin of the call and the reason. Very cryptic and anonymous.

Just got a call back from same number saying that there card usage was interupted this morning and that all cards are okay to be used now. Wierd, to say the least, but it has to be going to old employee numbers as well. I have only had my phone # for 6 months

We got the same call as well. My wife is at the school right now having lunch w/ our daughter. She went to the office and they said it was a mistake...and to just ignore. Somebody hit a wrong button!
