Collector. Calling for someone else’s debt.

It's scam! He didn't disclose his name nor company representatives.The questions he asked is an setup. This number has been calling me for a week now finally called back an a female asked me for my name so they can pull up my info to tell my why they are calling. I asked the company name she stated ARS and I asked what this company does. She replied they are a call center. I asked call center for what? she asked for my name again. I asked what are you calling about and she disconnected the call.

Negotiated a payment plan at a discounted amount; they did not honor the agreement. Said the representative that I spoke with is no longer associated with ARS, and all agreements this individual accepted were null and void.

If you 'looked up on the internet' you must have seen the fact that there is no documented proof of anyone actually being harmed by simply saying the word 'Yes'.

Did not answer. Left no message.

Right. Sure it did. How did this caller user that single word against them? And how did they prove it was your parents who actually said 'yes'?

Held up the phone to my car speakers while blasting metal music. They hung up quickly.

I get daily calls from this number which, obviously, robocall blocker isn't successfully blocking. The only entertainment I get is when my caller ID announces that the call is from ARS and makes it sound like the nickname for someone's backside. My usual reaction is 'no kidding!' I'm in Virginia.

Caller ID says “Fraud Risk” I was suspicious and did not answer.

Same scammers from the number 760-548-2341, Caller ID says ARS. I picked up and got no reply. Set the phone down on the desk and it took a full minute before they disconnected.

Answered the call, they had my first middle and last name. Did not tell them who I was and was persistent in asking them for the reason of the call. Caller got a little frustrated and raised his voice with me. Poor attempt at scams, gotta have a better sales pitch and better temper control.... Blocked! In Ohio btw.

3 calls a day. Finally answered and didn’t respond. Blocked calls.

Number showed 7605482342, answered and was told the call would be recorded. I stated that I was also recording, they got upset!

Calls daily robo scam fraud . Do not answer or respond.

Rings my phone every day. It's a computer trying to sell me something. I stopped answering it.

Do not set up any payment plan-if your debt is older than 6 years it is a Zombie debt and they cannot collect unless you give them a payment. That brings the debt current so they can go after you. A really scam collection company.
