Called my cell and left a voicemail. Was a recording asking me to call them back about my American Airlines flight on Jan 10th from Chicago to Kansas City. Last I checked I did not book a flight with any airline.

American Airlines left 'Flight Status Update' about Flight number 321 from NY Laguardia to Chicago O'Hare. I never made a reservation. Do not know how they got my cell phone number. Four calls made to me within 2 hours.

This call usually only comes when you sign up for Flight Notifications off the American Airlines website. You can select the reason to be notified and how far in advance you want to be notified.

I have a flight with AA on the 30th, they did not leave me a message though. I called back and checked my departure flight, it seems to be all on track. Not sure why they called, but it's okay, good number to have handy while traveling

Got a call at ~1:00am, no message left, and I have no pending reservations with AA and have never signed up for any notifications with them.

Got message from 800-433-7300 about calling to reschedule. I have no pending reservations with American Airlines. Very strange.

American airlines called to let me know that my flight (scheduled to depart 6 hours later) had been delayed.

The same thing has happened to me twice now! I sceduled a flight off of completely different airlines twice, and this number has called me saying that my information was incorrect and for 'security' purposes I needed to give them my personal information. I called my actual airline and they had no record of a problem BOTH times. This is most definitely a scam. Do not call the operator back and give them any info whatsoever.

It is automated flight status notifications from American Airlines.

This was a legitimate call from American Airlines regarding a flight I had scheduled- there was a change made to the flight and I had a message from a real live person asking me to call back. Good service, I think!

American Airlines confirming a flight reservation. Called over two weeks before departure date which made me nervous since my trip included a pet carry-on. When I called back to make sure that the reservation was still confirmed the agent was slighty snotty to me...Hey crazy lady you called me FIRST...

I think mine was from orbtiz, maybe American Airlines about my flight changing. I have no flights planned, so maybe a wrong number?

Rec'd over half a dozen calls over the span of several hours, no messages left on voicemail, kept waking us up, and don't have any flights scheduled at all.

Got a call from this number at 1:00 AM and I let it go to my voice mail. They did not identify themselves on voice mail but left a code. cehdgm and said I could call to reschedule. They didn't say to reschedule what.

they called me leaving me a voicemail to call them back regarding a flight i had booked, and wanted to verify my information for 'national security' purposes. i do have a few flights scheduled, so when i did called them back, they were unable to verify with me which flight they had a concern with. i ofcourse did not verify any of my information...even though they mention American Airlines... i still think (at least it seemed like) a scam...
