Called my cell multiple times but did not not leave a message. I will not answer from an unrecognized number or 'unknown' caller. I figure if they really need to speak with me, they will leave a message.

This is a scam by a collection co that gets a percentage of what they collect. They are representing Spectrum and are in fact collecting for them. BUT they are intimidating people with paid up accounts to get percentages of the bill collected and Spectrum knows about it!!

Multiple calls per day for the past couple of weeks. I do not answer SPAM or unknown phone numbers. No messages and no reason for call. Bill is paid and up to date. EXCESSIVE calls for no reason - harassment!

This is a scam by the collection co that Spectrum uses. They get a percentage of everything the collect, Evan if it is a up to date account. If they intimidate you into paying they collect. Sad part is Spectrum knows about it!!

I am having a disagreement with Spectrum. Have received two calls. It was the info that you supplied here that helped me greatly. It is the best, most fully developed that I that I have ever seen. used. Thank you.

Didn't answer, received automated message claiming to be from Spectrum regarding a change in status for an account belonging to an unknown person with a different name.

This company has been calling at least 2 to 3 times a day for over 2 month's now. My husband and I do not have spectrum and do not want Spectrum at any point. The person that had my husband's number no longer has the phone number. I expect for the call's to stop immediately and we are on the do not call list state and federally.

Repeated calls claiming that service will be interrupted, yet account is up to date.

My phone carrier has now blocked this number. Will no longer reach my phone at all.

Left a voicemail telling me to call within 24 hours regarding upcoming changes to my account. No specifics. None of Spectrum's listed numbers are the same as the one that called.

This was a call from Spectrum payment center. Automated system asked me to enter by phone number or account number into their system. I know that I had 1 late payment but not comfortable with entering any personal info on the phone. Not sure if this is legit or not. Will call spectrum myself to follow up.

Call back, and for the 10 digit account number give them 3825968866 (F*U2) spelled out. They will answer, and the first question they ask is: 'Do you have Spectrum Services?' They are clueless as to why you are calling, so be sure to give them all kinds of the wrong answers and keep them online as long as you can. If it really were Spectrum, they'd have caller ID and would recognize you are calling from one of their phones. So this is a scam call, they are very good, but failed miserably. We pay our bill automatically each month before it is even due electronically out of our accounts, and therefore can never be in arrears. Beware!

Claimed to be with Spectrum telling me my bill is past due. Didnt seem to have any of my information and caller seemed very nervous. He began asking for my card information. I use the same card every month to pay that bill and it is saved on file. I immediately became uncomfortable and told him I would rather call in and pay on the automated system. He kept trying to keep me on the phone and I ended up having to hang up on him. Really strange. Am going to call into spectrum to follow up.
