Call back, and for the 10 digit account number give them 3825968866 (F*U2) spelled out. They will answer, and the first question they ask is: 'Do you have Spectrum Services?' They are clueless as to why you are calling, so be sure to give them all kinds of the wrong answers and keep them online as long as you can. If it really were Spectrum, they'd have caller ID and would recognize you are calling from one of their phones. So this is a scam call, they are very good, but failed miserably. We pay our bill automatically each month before it is even due electronically out of our accounts, and therefore can never be in arrears. Beware!
