Called and left a blank voicemail

Hung up when i answered. I called back it went to a messaging system but i couldn't make out what it was saying.

Hi,this number call me. but when I got the call, its end. can you told me where are from?

This number called me and I let it go to voicemail. When I picked up my voicemail, this number made it sound like it was calling from the legislature in Edmonton, Alberta. It said there was a survey to follow - the survey said, Do you think the NDP in Alberta is on the right track? Press 1 for yes, on track. Press 2 if they are not on the right track. Then when you push 2, it just sits there and doesn't advance. So, they can't even do an automated phone survey correctly. Geesus.

I think it is part of an advertising firm. There may be a survey you filled at a time that asked for your phone number, and that is why you get the calls.

Received a call and declined it. They did not leave a voicemail.

Called, left a voicemail but when I went to listen no one spoke in the voicemail.
