Said they were from comcast

I have gotten several calls from this number after receiving a call from an unknown number claiming to be Cox Cable. When this number calls, the call won't disconnect.

Got a call supposedly from COMCAST. very poor quality phone line and since this was routed to my landline the problem was all on their end. Got rude when I said I could not fully understand her and she kept saying she was with COMCAST. I called xfinity/comcast and they said it was a scam and that they were investigating . I told them that the language used was quite improper for a business and that they were being maligned by this scammer

I just got a call from this number they knew my first name and that I was inquiring about getting Home Security with Xfinity. They asked for my SS, they claimed I had a setup date and became rude and unprofessional when I said I thought they were a scam. Block this number they're Scammers and they're NOT from Comcast or Xfinity.

Called claiming to be Comcast offering a Flex account. I made the mistake of picking up as I was expecting a call. I also made the mistake of saying 'yes' to confirm my name, ugh.

Same here...Xfinity Flex offer...'it's free and included with your internet package. All you have to do is plug the equipment into your router and TV. What's your address so we can send you the equipment today?' I challenged him it's already on file & we haven't moved, and he said it's just verification. I kindly declined. He got pissed at the child screaming in the background! COVID lockdown & working from home? Or scammers working the angles?

Said they're calling from Comcast infinity about home security. They're a fraud.

Called and said she was from Comcast/xfinity. Had all my info.... email, first and last name... said I qualified for xfinity flex for free then said to please hold while she set up the package info then hung up... never got a call back and when you call back just rings and rings. I would like to know how they have my info..

I found a website that look like Apple support. I called this number. I was told it was 'technical support' for Apple. I was told they needed to connect to my phone to remove an app. I hung up and called the local Apple store and got the help I needed. I also called my bank.When I called the number back the guy kept insisting he was 'support' when I pressed him for what company he said said ma'am we support Apple, Comcast, and PayPal. Definitely a scam to harvest information.

This person said they were from Comcast security trying to make sure customers are satisfied. He asked if I had issues or concerns and I had a feeling this was a scam so I said no everything is fine and he hung up on me but he had my name. I'm gonna invest in one of those airhorns when I get calls like this I'm just going to blast the thing....

Claimed to be from Xfinity and Comcast. Asked for my address and phone number, then offered me a cell phone plan. Claimed to be upgrading my internet for free.

Called by this number. Don’t know who it is.
