Guy called saying he was from a collection for Direct . Very persistent about getting payment today. I told him I've never received any mail from them & when I receive a letter I will verify the company.

Called daughters home number looking for me would not give any info.but she was under impression it was DirecTV/ATT on delinquency. She had closed account months ago and my acct is current -DTV/ATT would not call family members on separate accounts, my roommates cant even get info. on accounts in my name for our home.. Iinformed her to tell them to not call back and she should not answer/return calls.

Called at 8:11 am.

Supposedly a debt collector, won't give any information.

Hi Sylvia,Received the same thing. I’ll bet it it the same Indian caller as well. Asked about our address. We said no to all of his suspicious questions.

Called our office 'on a recorded line', wanted to talk to my boss about a 'private business matter'. Refused to tell me anything more. She wasn't 'authorized' to disclose any other info. Asked if I was his spouse. Told her no, this is a business. She refused to tell me anything else and wanted me to pass message along for boss to call her. I told her no, I was not going to pass on a message for him to call an unidentified person about an unknown matter.

Have been getting calls from this number twice a day for the last month, even on Saturdays.

This number has been calling me 2-3 times a day since the end of August. I finally answered once and it was someone with a very thick Indian accent asking for me, but using my maiden name. I asked what it was regarding and they said my Direct Tv account. I’ve never had an account with Direct Tv, so I immediately hung up.

Guy with Indian accent knew my name and asked me to confirm my address and began reading off an address. I hung up and blocked the number.

Claimed they were Direct TV and needed to talk about my account....called at 7pm. Wouldn't tell me more unless I confirmed my address. So I hung up.

This number calls daily finally answered and instantly hangs up. Very annoying, have all my numbers on the National do not call list, but still get annoying calls.

They called while I was at an appointment. I returned the call and asked what this was pertaining to. They wouldn’t give me specific info unless I confirmed my address. So I gave them my address and they said it didn’t match what they have on file. Finally the man that answered saying they were collecting a debt on my Directv account that was supposedly delinquent. I had closed my account with a zero balance in June. I told the man that I will be calling AT&T myself to rectify this and hung up.

Got a call on June 8 at 8:05am from some guy with an accent. I could hardly understand him but he asked who he was speaking to and I asked him who he was. He said he couldn't give me any information unless I confirmed my address. He said he was collecting for Direct TV and wanted me to pay a balance he said I owed over thephone . I told him I never do that and I was going to call Direct TV about it. He got mad because I questioned his integrity saying they had been collecting for Direct TV a long time and would never jeopardize their business by doing anything illegal. I asked him what agency he was from and he spelled it out. Credence Resource Mgmt. I just hung up while he was steady talking and the last thing I heard him say was that more calls would keep coming.

Called at 7pm, left no voice mail. Had to information where it was from, just said unknown

Call for person that don’t live here.Wants me have them call them want say who they are or what.Have ask them not to call my home number.

So I hung up when I asked what the call was pertaining to and they were not at liberty to tell me so I asked that my phone number be removed. I then hung up.

Spoke with AT&T to inquire about a phone number 469-642-0250 to inquire were they connected any kind of way with AT&T since merging with DirecTV. AT&T got them on the phone by calling 1-844-362-2024 after I gave them the phone number and inquired while I was on 3-way call to get more information. Michael Malloy claimed he represented Credence Resource Management, 1-844-362-2024, and needed to talk to my son....called at 11:04am. Wouldn't tell me or AT&T more unless I confirmed my address and gave them my son's phone number.. So I hung up when I asked what the call was pertaining to and they were not at liberty to tell me so and would not tell AT&T as well. I asked that my phone number be removed. I then hung up.
