I never answer this call, but they leave many voicemails. VERY suspicious!!

This man does not know how to use a phone. He was speaking so close into the mic and at such low quality that I could barely make out what he was saying. It was a VOIP number and he gave me the wrong name so I'm gonna call back and mess with him.

As a person handling debts for a family member why should I pay a debt to an agency not collecting on behalf of a legitimate debt. First step send the paperwork proving the debt is legitimate. Second collection agency gets paid.

Jacobson and Wright uses illegal debt collection practices. Follow the links and prompts in the FTC website to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to file a complaint. I've spoken with attorneys, police, and the BBB. This is not a reputable company to do business with...protect yourself and file a complaint or hire an attorney!

Said their were several complaints and a bad check with my name and social, and said that bad state law he had to make an apptempt to contact me with in 72 hrs to get my side of the story to present in my defense, before my cause was finalized and deductions went into affect. I don't have a bank account and don't write checks and in fact he wouldn't tell me what kind of complaints were giving to him in regards to me, from where or who.

His name was Paul Harris. He has been calling me for 3 days. Had very expired information, was using an address that I had not lived at for over 2 years. Was pronouncing my last name incorrectly. Found out that he had been calling my mother to try to get information about me. Very rude and harassing antics. I looked at my credit report and have all my accounts paid and current. Total scam.

Paul called and said I had bad checks and it had something to do with my name and social the bad thing is I don't use checks I tried calling the number he gave me and got no answer

Paul Harris indicated he was from Jacobson & Wright and we had a lawsuit against us from Check-N-Go. total scam.

Said he was calling about bad checks. Don't write checks. Said he would be filing charges in court, and I should be sure to appear when papers are served. Very sneaky.

Received a call regarding a 2017 loan that my bank had actually examined the loan practices for kiting. I closed the account with the bank to stop Net Credit's practices of having access to my online account. The actual online banking. Then this Jacobson Wright calls pretending to be a meditation group and are trying to stop a civil suit just as others have described.

This is a bogus debt collector which should be shut down immediately.

This so called company has been calling me every day all day stating that charges are being filed against me and my SSI number...They stated that they were taking legal action against me and further action will be taking if i don't call them back....How do I stop this

Repeatedly calling harassing me, my father (whom I don't live with) and my significant other (whom I do live with) Not sure how they got all the corresponding numbers but enough is enough. Paul Harris sounds like he a straight D-bag!

I can assure you that if I am calling you its 1000000% legitimate, Before you make false accusations I suggest you do your homework and verify.

Threating call message left on my cell phone..Very upsetting..

Said charges were being brought against me and my social security number - to call today so that the matter could be resolved before it went any further.These people call in groups - they have also called my home, my husband is ill and had to listen to the message from this jerk. We are getting rid of our land line. However, yesterday left message on my work number- how do I stop that.

How about paying your bills so companies like this don't have to call in the first place?

Joseph Ciesielski and Paul Harris continue with harrasing phone calls saying I must pay them over $900 right then over phone or they will take my income tax check! Mean, rude, threatening and intimidating are words used to describe their tactics! They claim they are lawyers from Jacobson & Wright. My lawyer said this is false and most likely scammers!!! Beware!

Calling me and a friend stating I had 72 hours to respond or they would have me arrestees in my county, said that I had a civil suit for bad checks,which is ridiculous, how do you stop these calls

I have been receiving calls from Jacobson and Wright about several civil complaints against me? The main contact person is Paul Harris! I'm not sure who these people are, but judging by the negative reviews they must be some type of scammers. The calls just keep coming with lots of threats of legal action. Unless these people can produce some type of proof stating I owe a debt then they can go away.

I received a messaged from a 'Renee Bennett' threatening legal action in the form of pay garnishments if I did not contact their office within 24hrs.

You are very well versed in the avoidance of debt, but clearly you have not looked at your credit reports as of late. You are anonymous for a reason.
