I had 4 magazines renew automatically last week. I called 855-225-6459 and went through the process of cancelling just one of the subscriptions, and I received a partial refund a few days later.I just called again and listened to most of the automated system. Then I started pressing 0, and finally said 'representative', which got me to a live person. The person went through the same speech as the automated system and I just kept saying No, I don't want any of your offers. He kept saying I wasn't eligible for a full refund, but I insisted that I was. I asked for a manager. Instead he said he would do my partial refund, and then submit my request for the full refund to their billing department. I again said No, and asked for a manager. The manager got on the call and agreed to the full refund for the remaining 3, and an adjustment to the 4th so it will end up being a full refund also.So call, be persistent, and talk to a real person, then ask for their manager if they don't agree to a full refund.
