Yeah sure, no problemo, I'll get right back to the scamming $wine somewhere in deepest darkest Europe just as soon as heeell freezes over. I don't have cash app and don't even know what it is. BLOCKED.

clearly a scam by someone speaking a fractured version of English, amateurish at best. something about my cash (not bank) account had been stopped and I needed to call.

Phishing call claiming that there is 'Suspicious activity' on an app that I have never used.

I received a call from this number claiming to be from Cashapp and claiming that there was something wrong with my account. Saying that they have blocked my account and gave me a different number to call.Here's the message I got: 'Hi We have found some suspicious activities on your cashapp call Fyfe 18615961 we have blocked your cashapp to unblock call 518-615-9614.'Here's the problem with that: I don't have a Cashapp account. I had the app but had yet to create an account. I deleted the app and I won't use it again.

855-351-2274 said it was Cash App, and they had blocked my account due to suspicious activity. They gave another number to call (518-615-9614) to unblock the app. I don't even HAVE Cash App! SCAM!!!!

Call went to voice mail. Allegedly from Cash App about a vague 'problem'. I do not use Cash App. (and now, I never will as their security is obviously bottom tier) Caller heavily accented and barely cogent in English. Number calling shows Cash App number but the message gives a different number for call back. Blocked and deleted.

Voicemail was left saying there was suspicious activity on my cash app. Same thing as above - 2 different numbers provided, with the latter being to 'unfreeze' my account. I DON'T HAVE THE CASH APP nor a Cash App account. Thank goodness for websites like this. Doing my part by adding to this thread.

Received a missed call alert. Voicemail stated there was suspicious activity related to my Cashapp account. I unlinked my accounts on Cashapp and added face ID. If I hear a certain accent on any unsolicited calls I know it’s a scam.

The call was from an app claiming to be CashApp, however I have never used the app. They are stealing information then using it to contact people and making false claims to attempt to steal more.

My telephone com[any rated this as a possible scam. A gentleman with a very heavy accent said I had some suspicious activity on a cash app. They were putting a hold on my account; I do not have a cash app and never have had any cash app.

phone rang I picked it up it was Robo dialed finally somebody answered they told me that they were from cat they were calling because they noticed suspicious activity on my cash call I don't even know what that is then read me a string of numbers to convince me and I said I don't know what those numbers are then he started repeating Cash Call and that string of numbers and I know it's a scam so I just kept repeating you're a liar you're a liar you're a liar and he kept on talking and talking so I hung up block this call it's a scam.

Called at 6:25AM to tell my my icloud had been compromised. I don't have an icloud account, was pissed to get woken up early on a holiday.

A robocall from UN-known - some type of cash app scam - A search shows this number to be from San Francisco, CA.They keep calling using a different new number after being told to remove my number from their call list and blocked.

Cash App scam. My account was put on lock and I had to contact Cash App customer service. They called me back and asked me the same questions and said that they needed the information to unlock my account. I didn't think anything of this because my phone service has also done the same when they were helping me out. Bottom line, my balance went to zero in front of my eyes, all $500 of it, and I have no way of getting it back. If you have Cash app, delete your account after transferring your money to a secure bank, uninstall the app and report them. And PLEASE share. I am not the only one who has had hundreds and thousands stolen.

Caller said that someone was trying to retrieve $120 from my Cash App account. The caller started asking suspicious questions such as what kind of phone I use, Apple or Android and then begin to tell me to go ahead and open up my cash app account. I hung up immediately.
