This was a Verizon survey. I had just completed a change of service on my Verizon line, and the rep asked if I would be willing to take a survey. I said yes and this call was for a customer satisfaction survey.

Looking it up it says this number is VERIZON. You need to identify yourself as Verizon, not 'unknown' if you expect people to answer. Or, leave a message for a call-back. I DO NOT ANSWER UNIDENTIFIED CALLS BECAUSE YOU DO SUCH A POOR JOB OF KEEPING OUT HARASSING SPAM CALLS!

Called my cell phone and phone was stuck on ringing for 1 hour! Finally called my daughter for help and she had me take my battery out. That worked.

Why can't one of the largest telecommunications companies in the world have a Caller ID such as, oh, I don't know, 'Verizon' when it robocalls and leaves no message?

I have received a call from this number on my mobile phone. When I answered, caller hung up. Don't know whether it's a scammer, telemarketer,etc.

They call VERY early and wake me up. Harassment!!!!! Stop calling. I've called VERIZON to complain but Verizon continues to call!!!!!!!

I would like you to properly identify yourself ie. Verizon telephone company. I pay my bills and answer only when I am sure someone is wishing to talk or simply communicate with me is known to me. Thank you
