TRY CALLING THE NUMBER AND CAN'T GET ANYONE TO ANSWER. SO 'WHAT' IS IT ? IS IT A SCAM? PLEASE HELP THEM TO STOP TAKEING FUNDS OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. OR DO I STOP MY ACCOUNT THAT I HAD FOR A VERY LONG TIME?

My complaint is that I have emailed them several times and cannot get an answer. They provided no contract when I got my loan and now I have no way to know how to pay them back, exactly how much I owe etc. I need an answer!

What was the outcome of this? I am in EXACTLY the same situation with exactly the same background story. I applied for a loan I never completed and then from an entirely different company (this Silver Cloud) I received cash without completing any agreement.

This company, Silver Cloud, is scary. Yes, I did sign a contract. I borrowed $1000, and have to repay $10,000 if I go by their payment plan. I was desperate at the time. They take advantage of people who are hurting, hungry, etc. Now, I am having trouble paying them back. Their calls are relentless.

What if the company email you the loan contract and you signed it with the high interest. If the loan is illegal in my state willit be on my credit report.

Going through this now. They deposited the funds on the same day as my direct deposit and I never paid attention that there were extra funds since I am eligible for overtime since I had worked some. Thanks for this info as I am distributing this debt and need as much ammo as possible.

Silver Cloud is a big rip off. They prey on their victims through third party sites. Deposit money in your account without an agreement/contract, then run all through your checking account. When I put a stop to the account robbing they had the nerve to put it on my credit report as a landlord debit. I have to now dispute the false statement on my credit report with my 'ATTORNEY' .......will update once this nightmare is over.

This is Silver Cloud Financial. They deposited funds into my checking account without a contract or agreement from me and are now calling saying my payment is past due. I told them I do not have a loan with them and she wanted to speak to my HR Department (She called my place of work.) I guess she thinks she is going to garnish my wages but that can not be done without them taking me to court and winning a judgement against me.This company preys on people who apply for loans through other websites. I did apply elsewhere in the past but when I saw the interest rate on the small loans I did not consent to any of them. Because my banking information was out there - Silver Cloud Financial used it without my knowledge or permission. I consider the funds deposited to my account a gift and they can not prove otherwise. The e-mail address I used when applying for online loans got so full of junk mail I closed that address and do not have access to any messages so I don't know how to get in touch with Silver Cloud Financial. Thankfully they called again today and left a number. I will now call back and find out where they are located, how they got my information and file complaints against them, and the site that provided my info, with both the Attorney General and the State Banking Commission. As far as I'm concerned they are committing fraud and trying to bully me into paying on a loan I did not agree to.I will send them a thank you card for the cash gift.

Glad you took the initiative and had your bank send the money back. You may also want to close your account and open a new one, so they don't try any other funny business. Please do also file complaints with the FTC and your state's Attorney General.

I received a letter today from. Silver Cloud FInancial saying I owe $850. 00 on a loan I never took out, or signed .for.... hey are frauds I will be filing a complaint with the FBI, BBB, and others for these loan sharks.

I keep getting calls i have asked them to stop they will not they keep calling with a different number, a 600 loan went to 1200 in two months tried working with them to no avail . i do not have loan papers. these people have been a nightmare. stay away from them

I've never applied for any loan online. Either they called the wrong number/person or tried to do adverisement.I blocked the number to avoid future calls.

the good news here is that in many states these loans are ILLEGAL, and are therefore null, void, and totally unenforceable. Close your bank account (most banks will let you put a deposit only hold while they set you up with a new acct) and ignore their calls - there is nothing more that they can do to you. they are basically loan sharks without any big leg breakers waiting to beat you up in the parking lot. why would anyone ever pay them back?

This is Silver Cloud Financial - they have been calling my work asking them to confirm my address so that I can served with papers regarding criminal allegations against me. They have been sent a cease and desist.

I noticed this morning that $800 was deposited in my account. It showed Silver Cloud Finanacial. About 2 weeks ago I did apply and get a loan through another payday service lender. I NEVER applied for a loan from Silver Cloud aka USA Money Shop, especially $800. Luckily, several people had posted complaints so I knew I had better take this seriously. I called Silver Cloud and told them I wanted that amount withdrawed from my account. She asked for my ss#. I said absolutely not. Then she asked for me email address so I gave her that. She was able to look me up. She did not dispute the fact that I never signed any agreements with them. Then she told me that they would withdraw the money from my account in the morning. Afterwards, I notice posts where people stated they said they would withdraw the funds, but they did not withdraw the entire amt- then expecting them to pay on the loan. I then called my bank told them what happened and THEY sent the funds back. Just a bunch of scammers taking avantage of individuals that are having a hard enough time making ends meat. This lady Kelly called my job stating that I owed money which I don't and threatened to have a wage assigned against me if I didn't pay. They also go under the name USA money shop they have been attempting to debit my bank account with checks supposedly written by me. I have since had my bank account closed and informed my employer of this fraudulent attempt to collect a debt. Not to mention this Kelly lady was as rude as they come. Also I informed her never to contact my place of employment again

i had a loan throu SC paid it off and recieved another. They satate o their site that if you cant make a payment no worries they can reschedule. well i called to explain my situation that i couldnt make my payment that week and ...disconnected...twice..went online to chat...disconnected twice..then I call and finally speak to a live person and explain that im very upset and have been disconnected four times, which they have no record of that..of course..and then oh no we cant reschedule a payment you need to make four payments before we can do that ..are you serious..i already had one loan and paid it off and your site specifically says ' cant make your scheduled payment, no problem speak with our specialist and we can re schedule' hahha...then they went and tried to take money out of my account after i told them not to because i did not have the money because of my situation..had to close my acct and now they keep calling me all day. I will not answer for they have not adheared to their words and can not work with me.
