I told them wrong number but they still are calling.

Irritating robocall stating they are trying to collect a debt - I don't owe anything. This is a scam - a real debt collector has a person call and/or notifies you by mail what debt is owed. Don't fall for whatever scam this company is trying to pull.

Constantly calls. I pay my bills on time. Annoying. How does one get these calls to STOP.

They call every morning at 8:15 a.m. We have blocked the calls, so the phone only rings once, but it is most annoying, especially if we are sleeping late. They do not give a way to remove your number.

They never leave a message. Scam calls.

Nomorobo blocks this call but I noticed in my call history that they have called 5-6 times every day for the past month. So happy I have Nomorobo but am tired of seeing my call history log filled with these bozos.

Called, was put on hold. Then she wanted my address, or last 4 of my social security number. I have no debts, and I told them that. They said they did not say this was regarding a debt. When I answered the phone, it said it was from a debt collector. I did not give the information. Note they are not credited with the Better Business Bureau.

Said it was about a 'personal business matter', I said I don't have any business, they kept insisting I give them my address. Went back and forth 3 times until I told them not to call me again and hung up.

Called my place of employment asking for me. Then asked me to verify my information, I refused until they told me who they were and what wanted. 'Personal Business Matter' was her reply. I informed her this is my workplace and she cannot contact me here, all 'personal matters' go to my cell phone. She then asked me for my cell phone number! Haha, I told her if it was a real business matter then they should have that on file and hung up.

I have NEVER heard of a collection agency who does not report your debt if not paid to the credit bureau! They want your money! Don't trust them!

Initially Waypoint called our number. Through their phone tree, I wasn't able to speak to a live person so I hung up and redialed the number that appeared on our caller id. Waypoint was looking to speak to someone who wasn't at this number. I told them there wasn't anyone here by that name, they stated they would remove the number as incorrect. Representative was polite and efficient. This phone number is for Waypoint Resource Group and appears legit.
