Got a call from this number. I didn’t answer and they left a voice mail saying they were a debt collector from mercantile adjustment zero and to call back this number and use a reference number. Seems suspicious. I always pay my bills on time and have received no letters in the mail about anything going to collections.

We get calls from this number all the time. i believe it to be some bill collection agency. I have no outstanding debt so they are calling the wrong people. I'm tired of the harassment.

Set a ring tone to silence for about two-three seconds. Assign that ring tone to a caller named blocked(1) etc. then assign 866-513-9461 (or whatever) to that name. At least the calls won't bother you.

I have been receiving calls from this # saying I owe money to B of A. I don't even have this account. I have never had a master card and they say I have had it for 20 years. They have been sending the bill to an address I do not know. They have been calling a relative of mine about this also. She tells me she is sending this to court and will garnish my wages, put a lean on my house. And the expense will go up if I don't settle now. She has called me many times on this. I have told her she can not threaten me and she just laughs and says she is doing me a favor. I have never seen a bill from this credit card.

I wish reporting them would do something good. I too have been getting calls from this company. They're calling my cell phone looking for someone who damn sure isnt me. I've told them, have even gotten verizon on the phone 3 way with them and the keep calling about once a month. I've been told my number was removed from their lists about 6 times now.

Earl Cantwell called at 11/29/07, 1:51 pm with a credit collection call for Eric. No Eric in this household. Must have the same last name (which is an uncommon name) and these yahoos are calling all with that same last name looking for this individual. When the call they use the phone number 500-000-0000 so that you will pick up not knowing who ther are. I'm on National Do Not Call Register but these folks don't care. I will report them to the Feds, also!

HERE WE GO AGAIN. Now somebody named Robert Hammer is calling from this # (x4120) On Bank of America's behalf, I have received multiple calls telling me 'this is your last chance'- 'our final attempt...' BLAH BLAH BLAH. I have repeatedly suggested to them they hire a lawyer and take me to court. (I guess they dont think they have a good case, cause they keep calling to harass me. This is pathetic.

Call a collections attorney, maybe you can find one who will give you a free consultation or one at a low cost. call you local state bar for a referral or see if you state has any kind of referral service number.

Continue to get calls from these people even when I put them on my call rejection list. How did they get around that?

I got a message from a Mr.Savino who wanted me to call this afternoon about a debt from Bank of America. He said if I didn't, I would be going to court. He even gave me a case number. I left a messsage saying that I am already dealing with a credit consolidation service and have a power of attorney on my side. I don't have an account with Bank of America. I went on to another site that said that these guys are scumbags. If they call again, i will give them hell.

Its a BILL COLLECTOR- go to there site, which is located on this page, and send them an email. Tell them YOU have an important message for THEM. ( MORONS)Also - check there site out, they have regional officies around the country, they might call you from this area code as well. They are good, but they AINT that good! lolllllll. Got a call from a 'Mr. Husser' who told the receptionist at my place of work he was returning my call - YEAH RIGHT!!! I told her to throw him in voicemail. When I checked my message I heard what sounded like 2-3 men talking, not realizing my voicemail was recording. '...if they make you that nasty, you know?''you wanna do this one?''sure''[my name] this is Mark. You need to call me today or tomorrow at [number] and let me know if this is going to be resolved voluntarily in [your state] or not.'That's all it said. He did not identify on whose behalf he was calling on, a file number or anything.I already sent this company a fax a week ago telling them they are not to contact me at my place of work pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Act Section 805. Any further correspondence was to be sent to my home address.Well strike 1 - he lied to my office's receptionist to attempt to get to me AT WORK.strike 2 - the company contacted me after I specifically instructed they not contact me at work.Looks like I may be doing a little letter writing to some organziations...

Three different call no message just annoying call to my cell phone so I put #%^^@$ and put them in my address book so when they call #%^^@ comes up and I don't answer it.
