It most likely won’t help to block it is called spoofing or spoof calling and it won’t work because it is a random number generated by a computer. So that is why I think it won’t work you blocked a different number then they are actually useing

Company claiming to be a debt collector continues to call since March. I have already blocked this number once but the calls have yet to stop. No way to get them to leave me alone, as blocking doesn't seem to have any effect.

I've gotten 4-5 calls in the last 6 or more months. I've never answered. Maybe that's why I've gotten less calls than others.

They just called me to tell me they were a debt collector collecting on an account called single heart shopping (never heard of it!) and tried looking up the shopping site online and there isn’t such a place!! SCAM for sure

They keep calling and asking for my ex-wife. They actually have the courtesy to ask 'So this isn't a good number for her?' as if they'll stop calling. lol. Scammers

Got a call last 2 days around midday both days, My phone said it was a spam risk, consequently I did not answer. they did not leave a message.

I blocked, so it doesn't ring. I had a voicemail. All I heard was a lot of people in the background; sounded like a restuarant setting. No specific msg was left for me. Maybe they realized they hadn't hung up.

Kept calling my cell phone so I answered. They claimed to be from a debt collection agency, so I asked them who they were trying to reach, then they asked me for my name and social security number. Definitely has to be a scam! How can you be calling someone to collect a debt and not have the name of the person you are trying to reach? And then to ask for someone's social security number! No legitimate company does that! Beware!!

Calls twice a day! On the 'Do not Call list' What a joke! Government needs to step up on these types of calls. Should not be afraid to answer our phone that WE pay for. Verizon also needs to step up and deal with these type of calls!!

Call stated from Jefferson City and was attempting to collect debt. They did have a document on a debt I do owe with the right amount . I told them to send me information via email... so we will see
