The person (who had a french accent) said they were calling from a company that sells bell canada services. They asked if we had a cell phone and when I answered yes, he said that he wanted to reduce the cost we pay for our cell phone. I said no and then I just hung up.

They call me more than 5 times a day. I know it is a scam.

They called twice today on my cellphone.The first call I answered but nobody talked so I hung up.The second call I did not answer.

NOT A SCAM.I answered and a woman with a haitian accent told me she was from Nordia, a company partering with Bell. They exist, you can find them and there's a location close to me.They're a call center.She had all my data and offered credit for additional services from Bell such as TV and residential phone.I told her I didn't need any and she was polite and that was it...no pressure.So, careful about panicking concerning scammers.
