Called on a restricted number and identified himself as James Franklin. I told not to call this number again and hung up.

Caller claimed to be James Franklin of Publishers Clearing House. Spoke with an accent...possibly from India. I informed him that he had called a business. His response: 'Yes, I know, we didn't have your cell phone number.' I replied that if he would give me his cell number, I'd call him back later.' His tone changed to sarcastic and he stated that I could call him at the number showing on my caller id. I hung up.

James Franklin called my number and claim to be from publishers clearing house said I won $3.5 million and a $5000 bonus. I needed to go to a western union and register with the IRS and wanted only 1% of my trust.

Caller location said it was from Jamaica...I didn't answer!!

Caller claimed I won 1-1/2 million dollars but to collect the prize, I had to Western Union 1-1/2% to a supposed IRS agent . That's not how things work.Pure scam!

Someone claiming to be James Franklin called and said I'd won millions and a car and a bonus, asked if I was properly dressed to be photographed and then told me to f*** off when I called scam. Better luck next time dude.

Kept calling relentlessly so I finally answered. Took him several seconds to answer me. Asked how I was doing and then the line started beeping incessantly. Hung up and they called straight back. After reading previous complaints, I see this is a scamster. Number blocked.

Told me he was from pch and that I won 7000 for life and a car thank goodness I called the real pch and they told me it was a scam
