I never answer calls from numbers I don't know. So how do I know it's a real person calling from this number? He either butt dialed me or wasn't paying attention to what his phone was doing. He was having a conversation with someone that was recorded on my voice mail. Apparently Olivia was on Snapchat and he asked the person with whom he was talking to throw something away for him.

I purchased a vehicle in July which came with a 'complimentary' free trial of SIRIUS XM, scheduled to expire in mid-October. MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS SERVICE HAS BEEN UNSATISFACTORY. THE BROADCAST FREQUENTLY DROPS OUT AND HAS TO RE-ACQUIRE THE SIGNAL, ALL WITHIN A SMALL PENNSYLVANIA TOWNSHIP'S Boundaries. WHY WOULD I SUBJECT MYSELF TO PAYING FOR SUB-STANDARD SERVICE?

I told them a dozen times I'm not interested in subscription. They won't stop calling!

When you buy a car from a dealer, INSIST that the dealer does not forward your contact information to Sirius XM. DO NOT sign up for their trial subscription. If Sirius gets your contact info, they will never leave you alone. They constantly call and send junk mail. They are the worst company ever to exist on planet Earth. And shame on all you dealers who forward the contact info of your buyers to Sirius without asking permission! This practice is beyond outrageous and needs to be stopped.

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. Got a new vehicle in August... the dealership MUST have turned on this 'Sirius Radio' service... I don't / didn't need it... never use the service and now I'm getting TONS of calls from Sirius Telemarketing... GOSH!!! ...really frustrating!!!!

I had Sirius on my previous vehicle and cancelled the service, made it plain to them that I have no intention of ever renewing. Now they are harassing me on my new car. Using the free trial, but again, do not plan to subscribe.

Stop answering their calls. Block them and reject their calls. These are people who can't hold a job and are paid by harassing people so they can make money on sales. You won't convince them to stop calling, just don't give them the satisfaction of answering the calls.

Apparently someone is using the Sirius Xm Radio call center number to make spam calls directing people to call yet another number in order to verify their identification as they are being sued. The recording states that it's Steve Jennings regarding a legal complaint.
