Several calls daily. How to STOP.

GOING TO CALL MY LOCAL WALGREENS AND EXPRESS MY DISPLEASURE AT BEING SOLICITED BY PHONE TO DO A SURVEY EACH TIME I GET A PRESCRIPTION. MAYBE A LETTER TO CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS WOULD HELP AS WELL. LET'S TRY WHATEVER WE HAVE TO IN ORDER TO STOP THIS PLAGUE OF UNNEEDED CALLS - AND ON MY CELL PHONE IN THE MIDDLE OF A STORE NO LESS.

They keep calling and when answered, there is no response. I checked the number on the internet and found out that it is walgreens unnecessarily checking on a prescription refill. They do NOT allow an opportunity for a response from me. WHAT! #$^/&&*(��!?&$ Lucky for them, cuz I hurt myself trying to get to the phone as I was expecting an important call from someone else. I forgot to mention that I am handicaped.

When calling back it is a survey for Walgreens on how their service was but when answered no one is there or rings once and hangs up

It's annoying...I just blocked the number using my iphone so it can't call anymore and it didn't affect the automated systems as far as fillim prescriptions.

Same as most here- left no message. As for other comments about the inadequacy of DoNotCall laws. QUESTION- how big a check did you write to 'your' PAC?

This is Walgreens customer service survey. Call the corporate office at (847) 914-2500, they can take you off the list. I was getting calls at 6:00am. Crazy!

This is Walgreens automated prescription service letting you know your prescription is ready to be picked up. I don't know why everyone on here is so riled up about this. I am grateful they call to remind me when it is ready as I do not always remember because my prescriptions are on auto refill. I am glad they offer this service.

its the survey line for walgreens pharmacy if u call them they will call u to do a survey about their courtesy ...

People are so dumb constantly complaining about this call. Do something about it if they are calling your cell phone. Save the number as a contact in your phone book. Then, open up the contact and you will see a block caller list option. Click the option, and once it goes thru, you are free to delete the contact and they should stay blocked. Duh people, be smart.

It's an irritating unwanted survey call from Walgreens

They are constantly calling me. It's to take a survey about the call I made to Walgreens. I agreed one time, and now they hound me.... Please make them stop calling me? If I have to go through this every time I call Walgreens, I'll take my business across the street to CVS.

Have not answered the 'unknown' number but received ( 2 ) calls from (877) 521-8213 this morning.

Called me at exactly 6 a.m. I don't believe it's even legal to call someone's phone that early in the morning. I don't appreciate this stuff, these 800 and what not numbers need to be banned from calling all phones period. If I ever get a call again I will wake up and it won't be pretty. It's crazy how they can just continuously call our phones even when we've told them countless time to stop calling. Hate these calls with everything in me.

I answer this 2 x's on 17th of Sept and no one answers what is going on? I am on do not call list. Tired of this should not be allowed.

If this is fact from Walgreens, it makes sense. I called their Pharmacy today, and an hour later received this call. I did not answer as I don't answer numbers I don't know.Very unhappy if it is.

Walgreens ROBOT - Walgreens takes your caller ID if you call their clinic or pharmacy. They then put you on a spam / auto dial list. This violates the national do not call act. Anyone on the national do not call registry should file a complaint with the FTC

Shows up as just the number, but it is from Walgreens Call Center... Wish (HINT) that the local Walgreens with the prescription would make the calls, not an 877 call center.

WALGREENS, SUCKS. THAT CAME FROM MY DOCTOR. If you can avoid shopping there do so. The smaller no name places are cheaper. check it out.

Awesome thing about iPhone...I can (and did) add this to my reject list, will automatically go to voicemail. My phone will never ring again. Way to waste YOUR time and money walgreens!!

Maybe Walgreen's 'auto caller' doesn't have the technology to leave a msg, but I'd think they could have the courtesy to display their name on caller ID.
