Looking for owner if electric bill

Woman with Indian accent. Difficult to understand. She gave the address of 260 Madison Ave. NY 10016 when asked. Wanted to talk to the person in charge of the electric bill. Sounds like a scam.

Very hard to understand Indian (the nation) accent promising me his company can lower my electricity bills, I just need to send all the information relevant to the last bill for them to be able to do so.

Rings 3 times and then hang up. I don't answer calls that do not have names with them.

A gentleman with heavy accent who called from this number said it is from Con Edison. Sounded like Indian / Bangladesh accent to my ears.

Called wanting to speak to the person in charge of the electric bill. I said 'speaking' and he proceeds to ask about the cost and i tell him i am solar and sell my excess back to NYSEG. He then says the ESCO is on the bill and i said you did not listen. I have no bill and sell excess back!' and then hung up!!

Indian male called to speak to person handling electric bill. Very insistent on wanting info on bill. I kept asking who does he work for and very hesitant and finally gave the name of Esco. Very rude Indian guy. Big time scammer.

Keep getting calls from this number but no one answers once the call is picked up. Dead silence then hangs up. WTF?

Has called numerous times asking to speak to the owner about an 'outstanding' electric bill --- funny we don't owe anything! Hesitant in leaving a number -- Indian male. Definite scammer if you ask me!

This number called, a male with Indian voice saying they are calling from our energy company and that our rates have gone down. He gave some bogus explaination that because customers paid higher in May our rate will be lower next month. I didnt feel comfortable giving the information the requested and I immediately called our gas company and they informed that that call was not from them.

They call themselves FAMILY ENERGY; they are a third party marketer and the caller is clearly Indian and extremely rude. He claims not be selling anything then tries to get your personal information so they can trick you into changing electric providers. I called the company back and an Indian woman answered. I asked to be removed from their call list, she confirmed my number from the caller ID and said they would not call again. I'll wait to see if that if true.

Continues to call after requesting to take off call list. After several times, the caller was very rude and loud after I made the request.

Another Indian using a fake name. I advised him of law and fraudulent activity, notified him that he was in violation and that I would be filing a complaint with the FTC.
