Asking for updated credit card information, since recent payment did not process.

I also got a call from this number. I didn't interact with them at all, but I have never had Sirius service in my life. Scam.

Sirius XM has been harassing me to pay a bill for another person! They keep calling my phone # for another account and they refuse to take my phone # off of the account.

Automatic renewal was automatic. I instructed them to cancel but got a long spiel of how they could lower the rates. I just don't NEED this service and I don't use it often so after talking with 2 people FROM MALASIA I got it canceled. Geez

Caller said my payment had been denied by the credit card company and that I needed to give them a good account number or set the payment up for an automatic charge to me checking account.

Recording message said Sirius xm could not update current credit card on file and to call them with new credit card information. I have not returned the call because I checked the number and got this site informing that it is a scam.Thank you..

Left voicemail that they need a new credit card number for me to renew my Sirius Radio. I already renewed in March for the year so this is fishy!!

I got a call from this number at 1:06pm earlier today. I didn't recognize the number so I let it go to voicemail but no message was left.

Sirius XM called to say they automatically renewed my subscription (6 days after I called them to cancel my subscription). Called again after I called them to reaffirm I had cancelled my subscription.

DO NOT SPEAK WITH THESE PEOPLE AND BLOCK THEM! I called Sirius Xm direct line in NYC and spoke with Customer Service... I do not have an account, and my sister's account is in good standing. When I asked 'Max' at 877-963-4322 where she was located, she said the Philippines. If you need to verify the account go directly to Sirius website and you can call, email, or instant chat. Kathleen

Sirius automatically renewed my subscription without my permission. I called them twice to complain and to cancel. No response even after I sent them a letter. Now phone calls! What can be done?

This phone number is a scam. When they call you they want information. Please do not add the information. This is not a number from Sirius XM

So for once I am writing about a call that's actually legit. I purchased Sirius XM for my wife last October and it bills to my credit card. Last week our goddaughter stole our credit card information and decided to go on a spending spree. As a result I had to cancel my credit/check cards and this was Sirius calling to get the new info so our service was not interrupted.

They left a voice mail that my credit card did not go through & to call them back to update my information, but I do not nor have I ever had Sirius XM. I don't know how they got my phone number, but I did not call them back.

Call from them today, let my answering pick up, they said my credit card didn't go through to renew, we'll nobody in our house has Sirius now or ever so I called them back to tell them and to please not call anymore, now my concern is I gave them my name as they said they needed it to know that the number didn't match, I pray nothing comes out of this

Asked to up date credit card for a subscription. Wasn't sure what the subscription was for. Wasn't about to call the number either.

They left a voice mail that my credit card did not go through & to call them back to update my information. I called them back and they had my phone number and someone else tied to it and wanted my CC info. I had just updated my card info and they had billed it a few days ago....

They renewed my XM without telling me and I called to cancel and they told me ok and it would be turned off ASAP well 4 days later I still have it. Really starting to make me mad!
