mail fraud. I recieved a card 'final notice package on hold' no company identification. I was expecting a package with new phone from metropcs. I dont know if it was a ccoincidence. I called the number. It is something related a quality of water so provably they are trying to exploit the crisis on Flint. Do no call the number.

I also received a card with parcel on hold, and this is what I found when I Googled the number.

Same as everyone else. Unfortunately, I called before Googling the number. They said it was because I was new to my house (which I sort of am, just barely a year now) and that it was a free service to test the quality and help save money.She then told me that they had times available tomorrow and Monday and if mornings or afternoons worked best. Instead of doing the run around, I told her that I would be out of town and asked if I could call them back. She said yes and I hung up the phone, fastest way I've ever ended a call. I won't be calling back, obviously.

How is this not mail fraud??? Shaking my damn head. Got a postcard at a house we just purchased and no one even lives in yet. Attorney General....???? Post Master General??? Geesh...come on people! Anyone paying attention? Don't call this number!

Received post card with no company name. I recently moved so I wasn't sure if this is part of my mortgage package or something else of importance. The postcard was marked final notice, noted 'parcel on hold' I did not know what this is regarding. I called the company it's sounded suspicious when I was talking to a rep. They wanted to come in my home to supposedly do a water inspection. They asked if anybody else would be in the home besides me which I thought it was weird. I reported this to the police and I called my city hall and spoke to the water department to confirm if this was from them and I confirmed it was definitely not!! This is a scam. When I googled the telephone number, a lot of people complained about the same issues be aware!!

I also got the same postcard final noticed to call so they can release my parcel.I thought maybe it was from the county and gave them a call before I google the number.They told me since it was reported that the house was occupied that we just bought the house, we qualify for a free test so they can come see how our water is and something about a free gift a free filter. Told them I will call back good thing I check after.

Got this postcard too. To release parcel, call number - very suspicious.

I also received a postcard with 'Final Notice'. I did not call the 877-977-8626 number as I assumed it was some sort of scam.

FRAUD

I've seen these before. They'll claim they have a free gift for you if you let them come out to test your water. Once they come out, they'll push you to purchase their system. The 'free' gift is just a hook to get them in the door.

Also got a final notice post card yesterday to call this number in order to release my parcel. Just ignored it once I googled the number and will certainly not call and throw the card away. Thank you!

Never ever answer any strange phone call or any letter or post card ; get the # and googled , that way you will find who is calling you or contact.

Same as other folks, received final notice card, decided to look the number up... NOT going to give them a call.... its a shame they even have a 'permit#' to use with USPS
