I received an email today saying there was some unusual activity on my paypal account. I logged into my account but not through their Log In Here button and there was nothing wrong with my account.

Got called by this number so I phoned it back and it has added £1.20 to my monthly bill. The call I made back only lasted 3 seconds

They gave me a virus and said i needed to buy a antivirus that will cost for two years 200 and sum.They claim it was Microsoft whom I was speaking with. I did not give them my credit card but they shared my P.C. for about 10 minutes. Who knows what info they stole from me. I am so angry at these people. How can we stop this?

Today, I received an email, saying that I had changed the email and authorization in my PayPal Account but ACTUALLY I did not! Then,I click “help centre” link , purple dialog boxes popped up and scam number ! These agents and phone numbers were all fraudulent, and they asked me to input my phone number and bank account. Beware!

this number was what I had to call after they locked down my whole computer and when I did call them I was told it locked down do the me not having any anti virus proction (which being my sisters computer I did not know) so I had to give them $60.00 to get it working then find out today that it might be a scam so now I have to fix everything on my computer

This number is not safe. They are scammers and stole money from my account!! This is not safe! Please do not ever call this number. They will remotely access ur phone and ask to sign into ur bank account and steal your money!!! Call the police and report them if this happens. All the agents have accents and are scammers.

Received email today exactly the same. I don't purchase anything online nor so I have a US dollar credit card. Reported to Action Fraud in the UK and to Apple ID scams.

Kept getting phone calls from the number 402-935-7735 about a transaction made with PayPal, but I didn't make any transactions. I don't even have PayPal. The Phone number for questions was this number. Shanind asked for a name, a phone number and an email. We didn't know if it was a scam, but after I gave only name and phone number. I had no email. I read one comment about autovoice thing was set up purposefully to get you to say, 'yes,' which kinda scares me now.

Called the number and it claimed to be PayPal. It's setup to try to get any information that they can.

I call customer care phone number on the back of my pay pal card which a repesenitive gives me a fake number . So my guess is my card along with my account and there phone number is all a scam?

They did not call me, but this phone number is listed as a contact number on a phony PayPal notice that says I ordered something for $500 via PayPal. No such transaction shows up on my actual PayPal account, but my debit card (not linked to my PayPal account) was used to withdraw $500 from my bank account. It is under fraud investigation by my bank and PayPal has been notified.
