CCBill took $100.00 from my credit card. I called and found out that someone had taken my information and used it on Sexier.com. Once I explained that I did not make these charges, he said he would reverse them. Then I was hung up on. I will keep trying. Folks, we must be so careful. Crooks are overrunning the world.

Go to CCBill and enter the information. They will cancel the account no questions asked. I had charges on my account, including another one scheduled for 8/31. They'll ask for two out of your email address, the account number, or your CC number. They told me who the biller was and canceled it for me. No problem.

It appear on my billing statement account, for 2month they have been deducted from my credit cards since then. it has to b stopped asap.

This company is a payment processor for many websites on the Internet - just like PayPal. They are up and up and work hard to protect the consumer. And they process for a lot of different websites, including adult sites.The time you took to post this stuff - you could have called the number to find out.

CCBill is at 2353 W University Dr, Tempe, AZ - (480) 449-7751. Call them and ask them nicely to refund your money and quit charging your card. Get the Customer Service Reps name and CS number. If ccBill refuses to refund the entire amount then call the Tempe Arizona Police Department 480-350-8311 and tell the police you have been defrauded by CCBill. This will usually clear up the situation quickly. Isn't that right CCBill? :-)

Actually, this company is very legit. They don't steal your information, someone else does and submits it to them, it's probably your own fault that you got your information stolen. If they're charging you they already have your card number on file, what's the harm in giving it to them to locate the possible transactions? I had some suspicious activity on my account but they cleared it up very nicely. Instead of asking for your money back on here, you should probably call the number and find out what it's for.Calling the cops wouldn't do anything either. I was reading up on their terms and conditions and you can not prosecute the company unless you come to the state of Arizona, where they're based. ;-)

In my bank statement I see several electronic withdrawls from my bank account well over $100. I do not know where this authorization came from. I don't want it and I want my money back. Some kind of fraud.

Several fraudulent charges just showed up via CCBill.com 888-5969279 . I caught this on Monday and the changes had been made over the weekend. Thanks to the above info I was able to confidently and politely contact CCBill and request their assistance in investigating a possble fraud. They were able to quickly confirm that the charges appeared fraudulent and claimed they were reversing and refunding all the charges.

I first called them to see what I can do, but they asked me for my account #, which I didn't feel very safe giving out to since I don't know if they're fraudulent or not. I'm just going to call Bank of America since I know for sure they're a legit company and ask them to help me. You have taken the first 2 steps by calling the charger and calling your CC issuer. But you must take step 3 in order for anything to work in your favor. You MUST send a WRITTEN DISPUTE LETTER to your CC issuer. Tell them you did not authorize this charge or dont recall it and make them investigate and prove it. Remember the CC issuer doesnt care if the charge is legit or not as long as you pay them. But if you send a written letter disputing the charge they are required by law to investigate it and give you an answer. Let them take care of it instead of trying to do it on your own. The law is written so that people who issue credit must take responsibility for fraudulent charges IF you send a WRITTEN DISPUTE so take advantage of it. If youre wrong you will get a letter saying the charge is legit so nothing to lose.

If the charges were made with a Credit card number thru your account, i would cancel the credit card. I found 7 charges of 29.95 over the weekend and blocked my credit card on sunday and had it cancelled. I called CC BILL.COM and they said they would reverse the charges for me since it appeared to be fraudulent.

This number belongs to an online credit card payment service. This is the company that handles my monthly billing for my membership to my favorite porn site. If you need to call them they are very easy to work with. I have had no troubles with them and satisfied.

My husband and I had our account attacked by these vultures. We have never been contacted by these lowlifes. They managed to get straight into our bank account and take $100.00. I was lucky (if you can call it that) because I had signed up with Fraud Alert and they warned not to call certain numbers that came in by email. There are only 2 internet companies who have our CC one is EBay and the other is paypal. We have not bought anything from either of them in over 2 years. I am going to investigate this and start a lawsuit against whoever allowed access to my CC. Right my bank is having to offset the overdraft charges and Praise the Lord they are doing it. At this point I am ready to get an attorney involved.

Showed up on my credit card bill. Called the company and they said I bought a subscription to a porn website. They first asked me for my credit card information and I asked them to look up the account by my name instead. When I told them that this was a fradulent transaction, the guy put me on hold and came back and said, 'I just checked, you're right, it was a fraudlent charge.' WHAT? How did he know that?!!?!!?? Then he offered to refund me the money and offered me a 30 day credit card protection service (WTF?). I told him I wouldn't need the cc protection since my cc will be cancelled and the fraud dept will be investigating the charges to my account. The guy on the phone got super worried and told me that wasn't needed since he was refunding the charges and I could kept my cc with their cc protection service. WEIRD. Then he gave me an IP address of the person who bought the porn (IP located in Stockton, CA and I am in San Diego, CA.)... don't know if this company was legit, maybe they were, but they were very suspicious.Anyway, my card has been cancelled and I am waiting for my new cc.....

I was confused about a charge that showed up on my bank statement for CCBill.com for 4.99. Totally forgot I bought some Fish Bucks on Fish World for the wife, on Facebook. So it seems they aren't just for porn sites.
