I am a prime customer a d senior citizen who has pending orders and delivery. I have been locked out of my account for over a month, spoken with customer service several times with out solution..They claim there is nothing they can do and some one wiill contact me in 48 hours. Not sure where they are on this planet. My orders were placed in March and most of the items came, however I am unable to access my account. Soon I will be told tome has expired. Help please!!!!.
