I've got a call today (Nov 29) but I did not take it. It looks almost for sure it is a scam.

It isn’t a scam, it’s Virgin Mobile’s promotions dept that will periodically call with current offers, such as a 2nd phone or tablet for $15 /mo etc. Can simply ask to be removed from the call list

Virgin Mobile... don't know why they're calling bc the line always disconnects when I pick it up! Have called back multiple times to be put on the do not call list which takes 14 days to take effect & calls have not stopped. real annoying!!

Called to offer me Virgin Mobile promotion.Spent quite a bit of time with him on the phone but he wanted me to give i.d. on the phone. Virgin shouldn't ask me for i.d. when they already got it when I already gave it on signup with the company. He gave me his name and employee number so I will check with Virgin tomorrow during business hours to see if he's legit. If he is, I will take the offer but if not, I will return here and tell you all.

i would like to talk to someone to unlock my phone so i can go to a different carrier because Virgin does not cover the tower in Pink Mountain, BC there is only Telus out here the reason that i can't call your number is because i don't remember the number that i had with Virgin. I just reached out to virgin mobile on their website, and they confirmed it is a SCAM. They don't provide offers like that, and I don't know how they got my info. Be aware!!
