Claimed I owe on a payday loan, I live in NC where payday loans are illegal and told the so. Had some of my personal info and said they were going to continue to investigate. Told him to do whatever he had to do.
I've been called close to two dozen times by people from this 'company'. My phone is set to automatically send calls to my voicemail. The messages left are extremely vague messages. Says that I must call back by ____ (date keeps changing) to speak to them about a legal matter (or legal documents). I've called back from a landline - no one ever answers and even worse, the number doesn't seem to have any affiliation to the supposed company.
This company keeps calling about some legal issue but won't give me any information about the company that claims I owe money. Also they won't send me any paperwork showing that I owe this debt. Need this scam to stop calling me.
The are a Debt Collect using a ruse to get you to call them back, for me, they were looking for a Mallory, I am far from being a Mallory. I told them to stop calling, their reply was that I needed to contact all debt collects to have my number removed.Just my opinion... All debt collectors are P's.O.S, if they have to resort to a ruse to get you to answer or call them back... Just saying it's just my opinion.
Called referring to a legal matter that is very important and has my name attached to it. Sounds like it may be a debt collection service, but I have no outstanding debt. Obviously hoping to get someone they can threaten enough to get your money and information...like so many other scams happening on a daily basis. Please remember, when people call and threaten you, they are most likely trying to intimidate you enough to let them have what they want. Dont do it!
They keep calling and sending text messages. Saying I took a loan of 500.00 at Cashnet.c0m back in 2011. And if I don't pay 299.99 now they will file paperwork and take me to civil court and sue for 2000.00. I've never heard of Cashnet and in 2011 no one would have given me a loan
This number blows my phone up every 10 minutes. And all they do is leave a message we have an appointment package for you with your social security number and information on it and you must be at home to get it please schedule a time that you will be at home for delivery

This Ph.# called referencing about a bogus claim that we owed an X amount of money for a package the was returned from our present address, but did not get into detail on what was delivered. That there in itself setoff a red flag.
Receive an email for me and my husband this morning about a cash store loan, never has an acct with this people. I had a couple of years ago a call about it and stupid me paid over $1000 for a pay day loan. We did this because we were moving and had to rent a place we didn't want this on our record but now I know it's a scam and refuse to pay again. This people need to be charge for this if not they will stealing from people. I work hard for my money and have a family to support.
Claiming a payday loan was taken 6 years ago and was never repaid. Totally bogus, but could not give me info on company. Stated wages would be garnished etc.Real BS who waits 6 years to collect on a loan?
They told me I owed a cash advance of almost $1,000 but would settle with $450 after I let them talk I told them I've never had a cash advance so they could proceed with any and all legal documents they have
