AGAIN saying a prepaid medical alert system is to be shipped.

Called twice. I didn't answer and they left no message.probaly scammer

Caller id said Duke Progress and we picked up thinking there might be a scheduled outage or something we needed to know. Instead the person calling mumbled and sounded unprofessional and said they had a program for us and asked if we had central air. Sounded like they were wanting us to answer 'yes' so they could use our voice recording. We said 'not interested' and hung up.

Did not answer. This ara is served by Duke Energy (utility company). I'm thinking this scammer hopes to fool people into answering with a similarity of words. Will block this number based on other reviews!!

Called, but I didn't answer. My caller ID displayed only the number. No message left. Due to other comments, looked up the Duke Energy customer service number. This isn't it. My experience has been that the company reaches out via mailings with my account number on them or via the online billpay portal, not by calling. Lots more scams these days, unfortunately. I flagged this as spam to my mobile provider and blocked the number.

Repeated calls. Call-center noises in the background. No messages left by caller.Caller ID shows up as DUKE PROGRESS. Number is 919-902-5183.

Said they were from Duke Progress and could possibly save us money on our energy bill. I told them I didn't have time to talk. Calling Duke to see if this is legit.

This number has called me several times a day for the past few days. My Android Phone has a caller ID for it as Potential Spam, Duke Progress. I've saved it in my phone now to hang up.
